This is really an excellent tour. The Eagles Nest on the Bavarian Alps as well as the Salt Mines. The Salt Mines is very interesting and the boat ride on the deep underground lake is really cool. I would recommend this trip for Salzburg.

The tour was easy to find and departed on time. Our tour guide, Gunther, was extremely friendly and out going. He explained sights we were seeing and the history behind them. Our driver did a great job and dealt with some adverse weather but got us where we needed to be safe and sound. The Eagles Nest was amazing and well worth the trip. Due to time constraints we did not get to spend nearly enough time in Berchtesgarden as I would have liked, but other than that it was perfect!

Fantastic tour! Our guide, Walder, was knowledgable about the area and so friendly! The salt mines were a great experience - slipping down the slides was a lot of fun! The mountains and lakes in the afternoon were spectacularly beautiful and Lake Wolfgangsee was a perfect finish. Highly recommended!

well worth the trip the only downside was that it was foggy but there was snow. the guide was informative. recommended especially to see where and how it was built at the top of the mountain

Don't miss out on this tour . Walking through the underground bomb shelter was an experience . I also LOVED going on the tour of the Salt Mines, that was so much fun!!!

We had the best, best weather to view eagles nest and the views were unforgettable! Guide was excellent (Gunther) and spoke 3 languages to cater for all in our large group. The other stops were beautiful also especially Oberammergau. Full credit to the guide who was outstanding with the large group.

Walter, my tour guide, was absolutely amazing. He truly knows his history of Salzburg and the surrounding area. He let us stop numerous times when we wanted to take pictures. He exceeded my expectations and went out of his way to be accommodating. I will definitely be taking this tour again.

This tour was one of the highlights of the whole 5 week trip. The train, slides and boat were just fantastic and enabled us to enjoy a few unexpected events whilst learning about the salt mining process. GREAT JOB by the staff.

All 7 of us rated this tour as one of the top highlights of our tour. It was absolutely fabulous. We had great fun, especially going down the slides into the mine. The tour guide was very professional and willing to answer questions. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.
