The sites are really beautiful and worth seeing however we found the tour guide irritating and detracted from our enjoyment of the tour.

Wonderful tour! Great guide, beautiful scenery. Even though it was raining, still enjoyed thoroughly. Also, easy booking.

This tour is great fun, you see some beautiful scenery, the guides were great, the salt mines were good fun, especially the slides and underground lake

I was "dragged" on this sound of music tour by my wife as she is a huge fan. Having said that, I REALLY enjoyed it. Our guide Peter was really funny and had us laughing all the way through. The tour was also very interesting and gave us an insight into not only the movie, but the city of Salzburg too.
All in all it was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Definitely worth it to do the combo! We had such a great day! First we went to the mines, which were really neat! I had never seen anything like them. The drive up was great too! There was a lot of information given about the area. And the Sound of Music tour was terrific! Definitely a must do!

Despite the sound of it, salt mines tour was really fun. Sound of Music tour is such a cliche, but you gotta do it. Was a singalong too.

Loved the tour and seeing the sites where the movie was filmed. Sang the songs on the bus and enjoyed the postcard that our tour guide gave us. The views of the lakes and mountains were gorgeous. Must buy some apple streusel dessert in the quaint town of Mondsee. A must take tour while in Saltzburg!

What trip to Salzburg would be complete without a Sound of Music tour?! This was a great experience, and the tour guide, (though a bit quirky), was very engaging with everyone on the bus.

Our tour guide Jenny was very vivacious and made the tour a lot a fun. Made us anxious to watch the movie again. Gave us a lot of interesting information about the making of the movie and how it related to the real life story.

great trip!! Tour guide was fantastic and kept things interesting. Loved the champagne on the bus and music played on the bus. Will recommend to friends visiting Salzburg!!
