Doing what: San Antonio Grand Sightseeing Tour

It was a great deal for the money. We were able to see highlights of the city without renting a car, etc. our tour guide was knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. Loved the river cruise and the mission tours and sunken gardens.

Doing what: Alamo Hop-on Hop-off Trolley Tour

We have taken several hop-on hop-off trolley tours in the past and this was by far the worst. The trolley only came by every 45 minutes, which wasted a lot of time, and one time did not come at all. It turned out that one of the two trolleys in service had broken down and we were left to walk home. The next day the single trolley ran a 1 hour timetable, resulting in even longer waits. I would not recommend this trolley.

Tour was excellent and worth the price. Tour guide was very informative and knowledgable. It latest entire day but you definitely get our money's worth by visiting 8 different sites. Fantastic tour for those first timers visiting San Antonio.

Doing what: San Antonio Grand Sightseeing Tour

This tour was excellent, and the boat cruise was the highlight. The Japanese Gardens were beautiful and the old Spanish missions were very interesting. The tour included some opportunities for shopping, meals and washroom breaks.

I am looking forward to sightseeing with Viator in other locations.

Doing what: Hill Country Magic Tour

FRDERICKSBURG IS NOT A TOWN BUT A TOURIST STRIP WITH A HIGH VOLUME 8 LANE STREET. MIOST OVERRATED "TOWN" IN TEXAS. ALTHOUGH THIS TRIP WAS THRU HILL COUNTRY THE FREEWAYS WERE TAKEN INSTEAD OF THE COUNTRY ROADS WICH IS OF COURSE DISAPOINTING. THIS TRIP INCLUDES THE OPTION OF GOING TO THE JOHNSON RANCH OR A WINE TOUR. WHY NOT DO BOTH? THIS TRIP WOULD BE SO MUCH BETTER IF IT WAS EXPANDED TO ABOUT 12 HOURS AND INCLUDED A DRIVE ON COUNTRY ROADS THRU HILL COUNTRY, A VIST TO A CAVE SUCH AS NATURAL CAVERNS CAVE, AND A VISIT AND IDEALLY A CONCERT AT NEARBY LUCKENBACK TEXAS WHICH IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST, NO LONGER OFERRED ON THE TRIP. THIS IS A TRIP WORTH DOING BUT IT COULD BE SO MUCH BETTER.

Doing what: Alamo Hop-on Hop-off Trolley Tour

We were disappointed with this trip. Some of the stop off points were closed so we couldn't visit and the buses were not as frequent as we would have liked.

Fair at Best.
Did not see governor house and alternative to boat tour was quite boring. You can do all this on your own except the 2 missions. A hop on and hop off would be much better than this long tour - with too long stops at nointersting places and short stops for the most interesting. No Alamo Tour it is done on your own.

Doing what: San Antonio Grand Sightseeing Tour

Amazing tour with a wonderful, professional, personable, and knowledgeable guide! Yes, many of the sites viewed are free (i.e. tea gardens, market square, and Alamo) but others like the Buckhoorn Saloon museum, the boat ride, and the mission visits do cost money, so the trip is worth it. I liked the air conditioned bus--it was nice in the 95 degree heat. Also, the guide answered all questions. It was awesome and I took great pics of everything! Lunch was on your own, but you were by the Alamo and local mall, so plenty of options. A great day, and the tour was totally worth every penny. I went on my own, and it was safe and enjoyable. If you visit San Antonio, this is a MUST-DO! You will not be sorry. I loved every moment of it. My fave was going to Market Square...lots of shops and cheap eats! Once I learned where stuff was...I went back later on my own to spend more time there! This is great for the beginning of a trip so you can suss out the best things to do!

I went on this tour with my parents. They had lived in San Antonio 44 years ago and things have changed a bit since then. It was nice to have someone drive who knew the city and we didn't have to find our way around. The driver was personable and knowledgeable. We had a good time.l

LBJ's ranch was a 30minute tour and it took almost 2 hours to get there. Not worth the trouble. Even the flowers were a disapointment.
