Doing what: San Diego Seal Tour
I took my family on the San Diego Seal Tour and all 5 of us really enjoyed the experience. The Tour Guide and Captain were fantastic. We learned a lot about San Diego and saw many wonderful things. We were able to see seals, sea lions, dolphins, F-18 fighter jets, yachts and Subs. Great!

Doing what: San Diego Champagne Brunch Cruise
Beautiful sunny day for a cruise. The food and champagne scrumptious and bottomless. Highlight of our California tour. Customer service exceptional.

Doing what: San Diego Harbor Cruise
The day was fabulous, the boat great. The two hour cruise was definitely the way to go. From the Coronado Bridge to the Navy ships, sea lions, history and even a jet taking off from North Island. Our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and well informed and provided us with an excellent narrative.

Doing what: Go San Diego Card
Not at all pleased with this Go card. Waste of money.. Only got to use $50 of the $106 paid. Not clearly stated about Sea world only valid for 3,5,7 card. The trip to Tijuana was also cancelled not stated on website or on book received with the card. Overall would not recommend. Great city thou.

Doing what: San Diego Harbor Speed Boat Adventure
A fantastic trip! Good briefing before we got into the boats, then off we went. Had a bit of a problem with our boat in that it would not level out at top speed. No Problem! Swap boats in the middle of the bay!! After that all was good even if bay was a bit choppy. Fabulous trip and will do it again if we come back - give it a go , you won't regret it.

Doing what: San Diego Seal Tour
We really enjoyed the trip! Brenda was our guide and she was informative and vivacious! One problem: When I booked I asked about military discounts. . When we arrived, Veteran's were free! My husband served our country for 30 years in the United States Air Force, but we couldn't get a refund.

Doing what: San Diego Seal Tour
The seal tour was excellent. Captain and narrator were professional and provided good service and information. Unfortunately, the management/reservation system leaves much to be desired. The company does not allow seats for a specific tour to be held even when they have been paid for weeks in advance. If we don't show up, which becomes our problem, they have the money even if the seats are empty. I complied with their request to confirm reservation 48 hours in advance. Person on other end didn't really care and never asked for confirmation number. Our party walked over a mile to the next duck location. In today's high tech world, and with others in the business to ask how they do it, surely this company can manage to book seats for a specific tour if customer prepays.
It's difficult to give a star rating since the tour was 5 star and the management/reservation system doesn't rate 1 star. Since the review submission requires a star rating I will submit 3 based on the above remarks.
