Comment from Hudson
With the soft ocean breeze blowing in from the beach, it’s sometimes easy to forget that most of California is actually desert. Take into account all the things there are to do while we’re in San Diego, and the idea of a desert landscape is even more removed from our collective thinking. Be that as it may, however, the truth of what the landscape actually looked like is lying and awaiting our exploration just beyond the walls of the city. I’m referring, of course, to the Anza-Borrego Desert State Park.
