San Diego is many things for many people. Not the least of which is those who love to imbibe in the glorious golden fermented grain known lovingly as “Beer.” Yes, the micro-brewery revolution has come to this seaside city and today San Diego has some of the best brews available in all of California. So if you’ve come to the Southern Californian coast looking for some god beers, you’ve come to the right place.

Just as a point of reference, there are over 40 breweries in the greater San Diego County, and some of the most notable are Stone, Green Flash, Prohibition, Pizza Port, and Lost Abbey, though to each their own as tastes differ widely and beer lovers are notoriously tribal in their choosing a favorite brewer.
