Wonderful! The exhibits were interesting and engaging. Especially enjoyed the earthquake and science exhibits. Nice talk on DNA extraction, and the handouts on how you can do it yourself.

Fun times.

sorry to say 3 of the exhibits were closed when we went wished it would have been posted when we purchased the tickets.

Had trouble with the tickets at the enterance to The California Academy of Sciences. We did not have a printer avaible when we ordered the tickets and they could not find our order.
Someone went and got their ipad and we accessed our E-mail and then they were able to process our tickets. Your ad said all you need is a drivers license and the tickets would be available ---Not so!

Note from Viator: Thank you for your feedback!

Please note, our voucher lists the following information "Please present your voucher and photo identification on the day you have chosen to visit the California Academy of Sciences". WOW! This place is AMAZING! And what a deal to go for the Thursday "Night Life"! Over half off, and you still get to see all the cool stuff! I wish we had something like this here back home. What a trip to remember!

It was great !! very happy with this purchase.

My first visit to the new Academy of Sci and had been really looking forward to it. It is an awesome place. The crowds got to me and I had a feeling that many of the creatures were also feeling trapped and trying to hide. My grandson and I loved the earthquake experience; it was a good replica of the real 89 quake which I experienced exactly like that. We were disappointed that the planetarium show was also about earthquakes, having looked forward to a sky show. It is a magnificent auditorium. The rainforest looked a little bedraggled to me, not lush as I expected. I was rewarded with a blue butterfly sighting, however, which was worth the price of the ticket. The aquarium experience was the best and we saw many amazing creatures. The food was good and the lines moved quite fast in the cafe. It took a bit of doing to figure out where lines for the exhibits began and when the shows started. There could have been more docents right inside the front entry to explain these things to people. We spent a lot of time trying to figure all that out, even with the brochure. All in all, it's not to be missed, but I don't look forward to going again because of the crowds, and that's a shame. The Viator ticketing worked smoothly. Thanks!

Everyone raves about the museum. Unfortunately the rain forest was closed. The planetarium show is not stars, but a documentary on earthquakes. This was appropriate, but not what I came to see.

The Viator tickets worked flawlessly. Thanks.

there was no line to ski[

Loved the birds and butterflies in their "natural" environment! Colorful critters and fish (and colorless: the albino alligator). Excellent, creative cafeteria.

No problem with our tickets. The museum was crowded on the day of our visit but was expected due to tour season and school out. Still, a good time!
