We skipped the long lines and picked up our tickets without any problem. Lots of fun stuff to see and do -- the Earthquake experience was so realistic! We had a Blast!! Thanks Viator for saving us a bundle!

This way of getting tix and avoiding the lines was amazing. Pre-purchased on Viator, printed the document and then showed up early in day. Went to special desk and was ushered into the members only line much to the chagrin of those already queued up in the regular line (where I would have been without Viator.) I will use this again for other trips.

Very impressive museum. I took my 5 and 11 year old daughters and we especially loved the Rainforest and the penguins. Probably best for older children. The cafe had a large selection of food and portion sizes were huge!

Easy online. Nice discounted price. Skip the line? Well we ended up having to go to 3 different lines which was more like skipping from line to line since the museum staff was unsure which line we should have been in and kept sending us to the next line.
Will I use Viator again? Of course.
Will I check to see if my admission is pretty much worth the price of a membership to said establishment in the future so that I can just credit it towards a membership? Yes. Using Viator one cannot do that. Better research on my part next time.
Overall the satisfaction of a discounted price and ease of purchasing tickets gets 4 stars.

The Academy of Sciences is a great place to spend a day. BUT we got in line with our Viator voucher to go in the door. We handed over our voucher and they sent us to the ticket line where we had to exchange the voucher for tickets and then get in the line to go in again.

my printer was broken so it was diffacult to get in but the nice folks at the Acdemy let me in to use theri printer to ge tthe coupons...perhaps in the future, there could be just a conf # link so - this would save a lot of printing /paper/trees,etc!!!

We took 8 and 11 year old grandchildren and they weren't bored at any time during our nearly 4 hour stay. This place is just wonderful.
Lunch is pricey, so if you're on a budget pack yours.
