Doing what: San Francisco Bay Sunset Catamaran Cruise
Despite the overcast weather, the crew made this a memorable trip. Nibbles and drink supplied were excellent as was the overall experience. The fog horn from the Golden Gate bridge was very atmospheric.

Doing what: Alcatraz and San Francisco City Tour
We could not fault the Tour. Was picked up at time stated and the city tour was great. Unfortunately the fog came in but the driver stayed a bit longer by the golden gate bridge in the hope we could see a bit more. Nothing was too much trouble to him. Alcatraz was fantastic. Were dropped off at Fishermens Wharf and picked up after the tour. Would recommend booking through Viator anytime and will use them again for any of our trips.
The tour is well worth doing and wouldnt have missed doing it at all.

Doing what: San Francisco Bay Sunset Cruise
My husband and I enjoyed this cruise very much. It was nice to get out into the Bay and get to know the area a little bit including a close-up of Alcatraz, Angel Island, and Sausalito Harbor. The food was pitched as appetizers, but for us served as a full meal because of the variety of what was offered, including dessert. The full bar is fairly priced, the live entertainment was quaint and fun, and the up-close views of the Golden Gate Bridge were spectacular!
I have tried to think of something negative to say because I find reviews more believable when they are not all one sided, but I am not able to think of anything that displeased us.
Enjoy your trip to San Francisco!

Doing what: San Francisco Vista Helicopter Tour
amazing - staff very helpful from start to finish - also get the added bonus of a local pick up which makes things a lot easier - getting to fly under the golden gate bridge was simply breathtaking - highly recommend

Doing what: Alcatraz Tour plus Muir Woods, Giant Redwoods and Sausalito Day Trip
The drive up to Muir woods was unforgettable. The redwoods were more amazing than I had imagined. The trip to Sausalito was too short... we only ended up having less than an hour. It was a take home lunch for my group. But the trip redeemed itself when the guide took us to the perfect spot to get some great shots of the Golden Gate bridge. Alcatraz was well worth it as well, the radio tour was beautifully narrated and the scene was set for perfectly. We did this tour on a sunny clear day in San Francisco. I got some great shots and made some unforgettable memories. This is a must do!

Doing what: San Francisco Vista Helicopter Tour
The helicopter tour was wonderful, well worth doing. We were in the air longer than the promoted time and also flew from Saulsalito airport to the San Francisco airport which gave us more to see instead of a round trip. We flew under then over the Golden Gate Bridge and that was an "E-ticket" ride!!! They did put 6 passengers in the helicopter so it was completely packed. I did feel sorry for the gentlemen in the middle seat in the back. Would be better if they would only book 5. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this tour.

Doing what: Alcatraz Tour plus Muir Woods, Giant Redwoods and Sausalito Day Trip
This was a great tour my only suggestion would be to have more time in Sausalito. Fortunately, my daughter and I biked across the Golden Gate Bridge and rode to Sausalito a couple of days before so we got a chance to walk around otherwise I would have felt too rushed to visit the shops and have lunch. The hour in Muir Woods was enought time for us and Alcatraz was amazing.

Doing what: San Francisco Bay Sailing Cruise
Fun cruise with the kids, ages 11 and 9. They especially liked that it was a sailboat rather than a motorboat. You get a really good look at Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge. We went in Luly and it was quite windy and cold out on the bay so I mainly stayed inside but could still see a lot. the kids ventured out side and got to steer the boat for a bit with the Captain. Reasonably priced.

Doing what: Golden Gate Bay Cruise
You can never know how the weather is going to be in SF. But, otherwise what a day! We enjoyed our trip under the Golden Gate Bridge. My husband hadn't been under the bridge since the 70s when he went through on an aircraft carrier. It was a great feeling for him. The ear phones were very staticy, but I love what information I heard. I'd like to do it again on a more sunny day.

Doing what: San Francisco Hop-on Hop-off Tour
My family and I loved viewing the city in the bus... we were glad we had jackets along, because it did get chilly the closer we got to the golden gate bridge. Beautiful City! We want to go back.

Doing what: San Francisco Bay Sunset Cruise
I didn't find this enjoyable partly because the boat was small and just sailed slowly around some of the islands and under the Golden Gate Bridge. The food was plentiful but we had already eaten as the ad said only appetisers would be available. There's plenty of food, you don't need to eat before it.

Doing what: Alcatraz and San Francisco City Tour
More time at the Golden Gate Bridge would be better, and the city tour was a quick whip around which if you only have a short amount of time (like we did) gives you a good perspective on the place. Alcatraz was amazing. So this tour was good for seeing all the things we wanted to see in SFO.

Doing what: PIER 39 Attraction Pass
We had a bad time with the adventure pass. We only had one day available so we planned our trip out very carefully. As we were redeeming our passes we found out that, the aquarium closed early for an event that day, which we were not told until after it closed. The hop on hop off trolley people told us that it was only a hop on and that there was no hopping off to visit the other attractions. The boat cruise was alright but we were told that we were going to go out passed tue Golden Gate Bridge and beyond but we didn't even get close to th bridge. Then last but not least when we got to pier 39 to have some fun with our young daughter all that the pass got us was a coupon book.
