The tour was informative and enjoyable. Greg, our guide and driver, made the tour well worth the money. The bus was clean and comfortable and, thankfully, air-conditioned, since an unusual heat wave hit the area during our stay in San Francisco.

Great way to see alot of this city if you are limited on time. Very professional tour gude he knew the city well. We were able to bring our luggage along on the bus tour but not the Alcatraz tour but the California Visitor center is very helpful at pier 39 and very affordable storage fees while we visited Alcatraz. Audio tour on the island was excellent. This tour is priced right and the other passengers and myself along with my 13 yr old daughter were all relaxed and very comfortable.

Fantastic bus driver (Greg), very knowledgable about history and life in San Francisco. Was surprised at the distance we travelled in a short time, and saw a large part of the city. Very comfortable bus, with good pre and post tour pick ups. Trip to Alcatraz, very professional and well organised. Excellent audio guide throught the prison. We are a mature couple, travelling with our late seventies mother - she was very well looked after both in the bus tour, and on Alcatraz with a shuttle available to allow her access to the steep parts of the prison. Would definitely recommend this tour.

It was a beautiful sunny day in San Francisco. I rent the go car for 3 hours. Unfortunately, half hour into the trip the GPS stopped working and we had to navigate our way back using a street map. It was hectic and nerve wracking as the traffic in San Francisco is heavy. The gentleman at the rental was sorry for this problem, offered us a free trip and told me I had to go through viator for refund. I called viator and Michelle, within 5 minutes on the phone refunded me the full cost. I would recommend this tour despite our difficulty as the half hour the gps worked, it took us on some beautiful sites.

Excellent experience. A city tour is the only way to see the highlights when there is only limited time available. Comfortable coach and very entertaining tour guide. We enjoyed our tour very much.

The entire tour was very well planned . Our tour guide Aaron was wonderful. The photo ops by the Golden Gate Bridge were much appreciated. The bus was comfortable, the pick-up at the hotel was on time. We will use this company again. Also, the suggestion to eat the local crabs at Fisherman's Wharf was just what we had expected. It was fun and easy. Thank you.

This was a worthwhile tour, professional driver-tour guide with interesting information. Very comfortable bus, talked all about SF, drove thru the streets (I dont know how he made some of the turns) and was very enjoyable. The Alcatraz portion was also fine, the tour company provided the tickets and transportation, pick up and return to the hotel. Alcatraz is a self tour with audio and no time limit, as long as you catch the last ferry return. If you had never been to San Fran, this is a great intro tour to the city, and makes it easier to find your way around the city after the tour.

This tour is a fantastic way to see San Francisco and then include a water tour of the Bay out to Alcatraz. Our guide, Greg, was so knowledgeable and even took us through back streets to get the best sights, as well as stopping to eat so we could sample the best clam chowder we had in San Francisco. The first part of the morning was spent seeing the Golden Gate Bridge, the beautiful Presidio gardens and all through the streets of San Francisco, down to Fishserman's Wharf, where Greg pointed out everything a tourist needed to see. Then we were dropped off with spare time to buy lunch before departing for Alcatraz. The tour to Alcatraz, complete with audio package, was a highlight. It was a beautiful, sunny day - we really enjoyed our tour

Great, highly recommend this for time poor tourists -- saw all major city sights in the one day. Open top bus a little chilly though, so not very comfortable.

a great to see the city if time is limited. The first loop we had a a fantastic and very informative guide (can't recall name but usually drives) As a local he shared a lot of information. Unfortunately due to fog we didn't get much of a view of the Golden Gate bridge. We used the second day to hop off a various points to explore the area. Good drop off and pick up locations. highly recommend this tour.

This was a fun tour, literally took you all over SF. The best part is how willing the company was to work with me. I forgot my voucher, but that wasn't a problem. They were on time, comfortable bus, informative tour guide. FUN!!
