Great way to see the city. One significant problem occurred when 5 min after leaving the Union Square stop the bus was called back because someone had missed the bus! I couldn't believe it! We almost missed our Alcatraz tour! However, your driver Mike did all he could do to get us there and was extremely nice and helpful. We rode with him several times and enjoyed it . Mike was great. Would use the tour again and would recommend it,.
Took the tour and did not get off the bus for the entire loop then repeated the loop and got off to see the sights. Very short wait times to get back on the bus and each tour guide was very informed on the area and the history which made it very interesting. Used the Hop on Hop Off aspect of the service as our main source of transportation during the 2 days we were sightseeing and would do it again the next time we visit. A huge value for the money!!
We had a 2 day pass, had trouble finding bus at first because we used one of the stops to get on. Not clearly sign-posted. Never-the-less we enjoyed seeing the sights. Did a complete round trip first and then got off and on a few times. The second day waited at the Bart Station for ages, but never found the bus. Ended up walking to cable car and joined bus later and only had time for one stop.
Had a great experience on this tour. Victoria one of our tours guides was excellent very informative and funny at the same time. Would
highly recommend
Of all the buses we hopped on, my husband and I enjoyed touring with Victoria the most! She was so fun, had great energy, and really knew the city (despite being from England). Overall, her friendly demeanor, charm and whitty jokes made it a great experience! You should clone her for every tour! :-) She's the best!!!! Thanks Victoria!
An absolute godsend, the two day pass is worth every penny, with frequent buses and plenty of interesting stops. We stopped on the
bus for the whole trip the first day, and was
entertained by the knowledgeable guide "Mamma Vicki". It is worth pointing out, that it would have been worth spending a little bit more to include the Alcatraz excursion, which is practically booked out. Viator always
is very professional, reliable, and worth every
penny of their trips. We have used viator to book excursions in other countries, and have
never been let down. A credit to the tourist industry.
Should have learnt our lesson from last year.
Timetable on the day we used the bus there wasnt one.Over an hour at one place. Watched three of the red buses pass by. Didnt bother with this bus tour the next day. Would use other company next time
Perfect for getting around the city. You have to try the bus driven by Willy. A loud but very fun experience.
The tour was excellent !! The drivers were courteous and informative. The buses ran on schedule fopr the 2 days we rode them. You serve the customers well.
Very interesting place. Was able to see quite a few of the exhibits. Enjoyed the aquarium and planetarium the most.
Without a printer, my daughter and I had to trouble the Will Call operator to print out our tickets for us and he wasn't aware of the process. However, I called the Academy in advance and the lady who picked up the call said I just needed the booking number. Please confer with the Academy regarding travelers without printers who will only have mobile tickets.
