Driver was pleasant, a bit too chatty for me though. Safe driver, which is the main thing, and had interesting comments on the sights. Great tour at Alcatraz! Sausalito was ok, nothing special. Muir Woods--stunning.

Muir Woods was a beautiful place to visit just outside of San Fransisco. The tour guide was very informative; I learnt loads! Sausalito was also a nice place to visit, and the views we had of the Golden Gate Bridge on the return were exceptional.

Perfect way to see Muir Woods and stop off in Sausalito. Our tour guide was really informative, quite funny, and included a quick photo stop by the edge of the Golden Gate Bridge. Highly recommended!

We met at a central location and were driven straight to Muir Woods, where we got to spend about an hour and a half. Our guide was entertaining and knowledgable and even took us to a gorgeous vista point of the ocean that wasn't on the tour. We stopped for lunch in Sausalito - wonderful tour!

Muir woods was beautiful-wish we would have had a little more time there. Our guide, Troy gave us great information about San Francisco and Muir Woods along the way. Alcatraz was fun as well.

This tour was amazing! Brian, our driver and guide, was full of useful information and kept us entertained! The trip to Muir Woods with its amazing natural beauty is a fantastic contrast to the struggles and history of Alcatraz in the afternoon. Time to take photos of the bridge, too

Alcatraz amazing. Pretty tired by the time we headed to Muir Woods and Sausalito. Best experience with driver Kenneth. Not only a good conversationalist but a good person offering help to tourists along the route. Have to say meeting Kenneth was the highlight of the afternoon tour.

An excellent tour, Kenneth the tour guide provided an informative and entertaining commentry, had to re-route via the Bay bridge as the Golden Gate bridge was closed due to an accident cause by the heavy rain. We made good time and had plenty of time in Sausalito and in Muir Woods, Alcatraz is worth the visit alone!

The hotel pick up worked well. Our friendly driver had a lot of information about the Bay area and Muir Woods. More time in the woods would have been a bonus. We chose to stop in Sausalito and catch the ferry back, which made the day a relaxing one and I would recommend doing this if possible

This tour is excellent and great if you only have a day to fit a lot in. Please ensure you re-confirm your attendance for the trip 24hrs in advance witht the tour operator locally, to get on your booked trip!! Alcatraz is amazing and the best part, Muir Woods is beautiful and a must see, its a lovely steady walk though the trees. Highly reccommended. The coach driver was great and knew his stuff, we enjoyed this very much.
