Coming back from Sausalito, the bus went back on the bridge again. We had to wait in the sun for more than half an hour on the view point. We lost two hours of our day. There should be an option of hop-off right near the palece of fine arts, before going back to the bridge. On the Monday 20th of July, there was nobody not even the guide on the north beach tour, on the time advertised. Everything else was ok. Alexandro

Actual trip was very good but total shambles in sorting out timings and where to meet with this which was booked as combined tour with alcatraz. Nobody at the Big Bus tour venue offices knew the answer to meet times ad where when we asked on 3 different occasssion's the day before to try an ensure we didn't miss meet times. As I say, when finally sorted by arriving at 8.30am on the day just in case, the actual tour was very good.

Went to the Cable Car Museum, as instructed, actually an hour early, waited 30 minutes after the tour was supposed to start, and nobody showed. Called the number provided for the local contact and only got a mailbox. Left a message, and NO call back
