Our guides were very knowledgeable and held our interest during this tour. Learned a lot of interesting things and saw some beautiful sites. I am glad we picked this tour.

The tour was informative and enjoyable. Greg, our guide and driver, made the tour well worth the money. The bus was clean and comfortable and, thankfully, air-conditioned, since an unusual heat wave hit the area during our stay in San Francisco.

As a first time visitor to San Francisco, the City Tour was a fantastic way to see the general layout of the city and lots of the sites that you can go back and spend more time at. The tour guide/bus driver was very knowledgeable with interesting extra pieces of trivia and restaurant suggestions.
Alcatraz was a very interesting place to visit and I learnt a lot about it's history. Even though there were many other tourists on the island, it was still easy to see everything and the 'real life' commentary on the audio tour made it even better.

Great overview of the City. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and interesting. The tour allowed us to know what areas of the City we would be interested in exploring more in-depth for greater time. Alcatraz was fascinating and when the fog lifted, what a view of the cityscape!

My family had a wonderful time in San Francisco, the city tour show the different part of the city which we than could return to the parts of the city we explore on our own. Alcatraz was a one of the high lights. After the tour that day we did cable car ride plus when to a A T and T baseball park for the Grants played the Jays.
So you can say "WOW" - go back again.

It's not a lot to walk, everyone can make it very easily around. Great Guide.

Fantastic introduction to SFO. Our coach driver, Bill, was great. Very knowledgable.
We did coach tour in morning and saw lots of the city. Alcatraz tour in the afternoon was great too. Much better than we had imagined. A "must do" whilst in SFO. We'll be back.

Had a great day . We learnt a great deal about San Fransisco from a very experienced Bus driver and then an afternoon trip to Alcatraz which we rated a must do. We thought that Viator was a very professional company and will recommend them to friends who are travelling to San fransisco next month.

Cannot fault this tour or rate it highly enough. The tour guide was so informative.. Had a lovely morning seeing sights such as the Golden Gate Bridge and the afternoon at Alcatraz, before taking us back to our hotel after.

I only had 4 days in San Francisco so it was a great way to start my trip. We saw so many things and I was able to pick out places I wanted to return to. The driver was very knowledgeable and interesting.
