Sailing in San Francisco Bay - beautiful!

If you have the time I'd highly recommend getting out on the bay for a sail. You can see beautiful sites like the Golden Gate Bridge, Sausalito and Angel Island. You can also get up close and uncomfortable with Alcatraz. I especially love sailing under the bridge as you often see seals, dolphins and lots of sea birds.
You can get out sailing several ways. If you're lucky enough to have FWB (Friends With Boats) that's the cheapest option, but for those not so lucky there are lots of tour boats and charter cruises available to meet all budgets.
Get out there and smell the salty air!
