Great Experience! Booked it online in San Juan the day before we toured. Pick-up at the Sheraton Hotel in Old Town was right on time. Picked up the other three couples, then off to El Yunque with Robert, our very informative tour guide. El Yunque was lush and rainy. But, hey, it IS a rain forest. Lots of interesting stops and breaks, but none too long. After the tour, Robert asked if we all had time to stop for lunch, so we detoured to a local cafe for a great native meal, all this after our allotted tour time. And then we all opted to tour the Bacardi factory after lunch, so rather than drop us off at our hotels, Robert dropped us at Pier 2 for the short Ferry Ride to Bicardi. We all appreciated his flexibility in the lunch and Bicardi decisions. Highly recommend this tour!

Our guide Tony was excellent and we really enjoyed our trip to the rainforest. There's a small part of the trip that is difficult for those that have trouble walking, but there is a nice open air area with a concession stand and plenty of seating where they can rest and wait for the others to return. We recommend this tour.

Tony was a great guide. It was a walk in the park type feel but very fun. Great views. Tony was very knowledgeable. Recommend to all.

We had a great time one this El Yunque half-day trip. The rainforest is just beautiful. Don't miss it when you travel to PR! But take a light sweater/jacket or small umbrella cause it will rain :) The local company Castillo Watersports came out to our hotel/resort in Condado/San Juan to pick up for this excursion, which was a huge perk as we didn't rent a car. Our tour guide, Ricky was very funny, friendly and SO nice, just like all the people we encountered in PR. He was knowledgeable and gave us a lot of interesting tidbits of information and history, not only about the rainforest but also of Puerto Rico and the native people. There is a point where you are traveling up the winding roads to El Yunque and one of the stops is an old tower. When you walk to the top of that tower you can see a lot of the rainforest and all the way out to the ocean where the Caribbean seas meet the Atlantic - breathtaking views and great for pictures! We really enjoyed this excursion and can't wait to go back to PR!

absolutely stunning views and a beautiful place, our guide stopped at a little hole in the wall that had the best kabobs ever!! Loved every min of it. Our half day lasted from 8 till 2ish. Not sure if that's standard or if it was due to some minor complications and some older people on our tour. No matter what this is a tour WORTH TAKING!!!

I enjoyed the rain forest tour. I like how the driver provided detailed information on the way to the rain forest and gave information on the history of the island and pointed out some of the key elements that made the place a good experience. I would do it again if I ever return to PR.

Tour guide was very friendly and informative while driving us to the site, but did not do the hike with us due to a recent injury, which we understood, but it would have been nicer to have a guided hiking tour for the money we paid.
