I expected a different type of tour. I was expecting to see how they make rum in person. Overall, it was a good tour. Really enjoyed the tour of El Morro and Old San Juan.

This tour was great for the price! The barcardi tour is always a hit! The tour of old san juan is even better. My only complaint is that it felt rushed. It's only a half a day tour but it really should be a full day. There is no way you can take in all that in half a day. But again, for the price it was AWESOME!!! You cant find a better deal. You really get a great tour of old san juan. Worth doing.

We really enjoyed our tour of the Rum Distillery and Old San Juan Fort. Our guide was great. He had a great personality and not only knew a lot about the particular tour but also shared general information about Purto Rico with us. We have never been to Puerto Rico before and loved the trip.
I would definitely recommend this trip and Viator to friends.

Excellent tour of the distillery. I was traveling with my 86 year old father and they were very accomodating about letting him have places to sit and rest a bit during the trip. As to the Old San Juan trip it should have a started a bit earlier as it was close to sundown by the time we got there.

We spent most of the time in a van in traffic in Old San Juan due to the San Sebastian Street Festival.............. I wish we had been advised to book this tour another day.

The distillery tour was good but the Old San Juan portion was extremely rushed. If you spend any time taking pictures you will never make it into a shop, so best to plan a return self-guided trip.

Overall, the best part of the tour was the tour guide. The Barcardi tour itself was interesting and educational. It was also fun because of the people that work there. We went to Old San Juan and the tour guide did a great job of explaining what everything was and the significance. Last but not least, he took us to Cafe Berlin where we had a great meal, great service and ate FLANCOCHO, a combination of flan and cake which was to die for. Great tour and lots of fun people!

The tour was most enjoyable. The tour guide was very knowledgeable as he shared the history of Puerto Rico, with special emphasis on Old San Juan. Certainly our stay was made more enjoyable and memorable because of the tour. If all of the guides are as pleasant and knowledgeable as ours was, I will certainly use this company again.

Miguel was a good tour guide and was insightful about the culture, our surroundings and the fort. A half day is not enough time though... this trip should be extended so there is more time at the end of it in Old San Juan.

We were disappointed with this tour, I think mostly because our guide picked us up 30 minutes late and arrived with no apology.The distillery tour was average, and at the end the guide didn't even know we were in his group. The tour of Castillo fort was great although maybe too short. There was no tour in Old San Juan, just a drop off and wander around type of thing.
