This was worth doing, but I would skip the Sky Walk option. I thought it was overpriced for what it was. I'd recommend spending less time at Eagle Point and more time at Guano Point. The view was better there in my opinion. The helicopter ride was cool, but too short and no commentary from the pilot on what we were seeing. Same for the boat ride. It was too short.

We really enjoyed the whole experience tremendously! Starting with the cowboy show to the train trip- every one of the staff was excellent. We enjoyed the train ride into the beautiful Canyon. The service was good and so were the muso's. the Canyon itself is breathtaking- photo's cannot describe what you see and experience there. Our dining experience at Rod's Steakhouse was also great that evening. The history of this restaurant is amazing, having been in existence since 1946!
The only advice I would offer, is to offer people the option of using the a la carte restaurant at the Canyon vs the buffet. The buffet was ok, but I would have liked to have had a beer or two with lunch, and only realized after lunch that It was available around the corner.

Otherwise we rate the experience 10 out of 10!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!! We had an awesome time on our tour... not only were the sights breathtaking but the tour guide was also amazing and the van was clean!! You couldn't ask for a better experience :)

The plane, helicopter, boat ride and lunch were great. What I expected if not more.
The only issue was when we booked this tour it included the Skywalk admission. There was some sort of mix up. Unfortuntely we spend almost 1 hr trying to sort it out with the staff at the skywalk (which one staff member was very rude and accused us of trying to get on the skywalk for free) and still didn't get to do it. Viator did refunded that portion of our trip with no issues. There was also suppose to be a cultural performance. We did not see this.

The Skywalk section was all about trying to get your money. You are not even allowed to take your camera out on the skywalk (you just paid 30+ dollars for) because they want you to buy pictures they take of you. You can see just as much standing beside it for free and you can take as many pictures as you want.

The rest of the trip was great. I would definitely recommend this tour. Thank you for this experience.

I would have rated this tour a five star event if we had skipped the railroad segment out of Williams. All four of us agreed that the rail segment was boring and that we should have stayed with the tour guide. Our guide,Joe, was extremely informative ( or full of B.S.) and a joy to be with. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone - just forget the railroad.

Really enjoyed the train ride up and back. Had a great hostess named 'Amber-Rose' who made the trip fun. She was informative and humorous. The entertainment was good and appropriate to the surroundings.The bus Rim tour was dissapointing, but that was due to the weather. The drive made extra effort to find viewing opportunities for us and was also great with interesting facts.

The tour was fabulous. The pilot (Chris) from Sedona was attentive and made sure we were looked after. Very much appreciated. Everyone was friendly and would recommend this tour to anyone.
