3 star rating: Worth doing Review by Michael H, September 2011
Doing what: Seville Day Trip from the Costa del Sol

Seville was interesting, not as grand as I had expected; but the heavy rain storm we had when there didn't help matters ! The local guide around the old quarters was really excellent - shame the Rusadir (coach) guide could not have been as good ! We had another trip with Rusadir - and although the trip itself was enjoyable, the coach guide again was poorly prepared, disorganized and even rude on occasions. If you have to book an excursion in Fuengirola / Torremolinos / Benalmedina etc. choose another company - not Rusadir. They really need to sort themselves out.

Our guide was impatient with questions; spoke too quickly and appeared not at all interested in our experience. I would NOT recommend this tour.

Doing what: Seville Day Trip from the Costa del Sol

A very long day but well worth the effort. The local guide was the most passionate lady I have met! The visit to view 1 of Christopher Columbus' 4 burial sites was very impressive. A great day.

Doing what: Seville Day Trip from the Costa del Sol

Excelent!! Interesting!! The Julia tour guide and the local guide were just wonderful and the tour has everything, sightseeing, panoramic viewon the road trip, enough time to catch the boat by ourselves and come back on time to the motorcoah. I really enjoyed this tour.,

Doing what: Seville Day Trip from the Costa del Sol

It was a long day . But the trip was certainly worth the effort. Our guides had to speak in 4 languages. I am ever so impressed with their expertise. The guides were imformative and no one became lost. The crowds were huge so the guides had to compete with many other groups. All in all, we enjoyed our day.

Doing what: Seville Day Trip from the Costa del Sol

My second favorite tour after Granada. I did the optional Guadalquivir River tour and it was worth it. Plaza de Espana and the Cathedral in Seville are spectacular. I loved it....I wish this tour would include a panaramic tour of the city.

Very good tour and informative

Doing what: Seville Day Trip from the Costa del Sol

The value of the trip depends a lot of the tour guide-Daniel, out tour guide from Malaga to Seville and back was very good, but the local tour guide would need improvement in presenting her town to the English speaking audience. The tour group was very large which did not help.

Doing what: Seville Day Trip from the Costa del Sol

Very boring trip, really did not too much there. I would have taken the train on my own.

Tour was very good. however, the company that organized it did a very poor job. they did not pick us up at the hotel they told us to go to and then they told us to go to another hotel about 2-3 miles away and we had to walk to it and it was our first day in the city so we didn't know where we were going. It was very stressful. However, the guide was very good.

The tour was very good but the English speaking guide did not speak English. No one(including Americans, Canadians, British and Austrailans) could understand a word she said in English. Very frustrating. All we could do was look at everything, but we didn't know what anything was.

Doing what: Seville Day Trip from the Costa del Sol

Even on a rainy day it was nice, lots to see, the cathedral is worth the trip alone, have the lunch, nice local spot with wine...... Take the boat tour up the river in Seville, 13 euro, 1 hour and a different view Tour guides were great!!

Doing what: Private Monumental Seville Walking Tour

We met Antonio at the location, the Catedral, in Seville. He was on time and waiting for us. His English was excellent. There were five of us on the tour. We particularly wanted a private tour as we had many questions. Antonio was very knowledgeable. He provided us with information that we probably would not have obtained on the taped tour or a group tour. He was able to answer our questions about the government of Spain and the current leaders and their positions. We all agreed that this tour was one of the highlights of our ten day vacation to Spain. I was sorry I had not booked other tours in advance with Viator.
