Doing what: Seville In One Day: Santa Cruz Quarter, Royal Alcazar Palace, Seville Cathedral, Royal Maestranza Bullring and River Cruise
This was too much in one day. The time at the bullring and the cruise was perfect, but should have MUCH more time at the Cathedral and/or the Quarter. We thought we'd have time to go back by ourselves on another day, but we couldn't fit that in any other day. It was beautiful, but rushed.

Doing what: Seville In One Day: Santa Cruz Quarter, Royal Alcazar Palace, Seville Cathedral, Royal Maestranza Bullring and River Cruise
Our guide was so passionate and knowledgeable about this city, which really made this tour quite enjoyable. While it's very easy to show yourself around town, his narration really made it worth going on the tour. There were two less-than-stellar points; 1) waiting to enter Alcazar and then the amount of time inside the palace - too long. Since these palaces are not furnished like many castles are, the tours can really be much shorter, and become tiring. If I had it to do again, I would end the tour before entering Alcazar, find out when the lines are the shortest and go on my own. 2) The river cruise after lunch has nothing to see but bridges built in 1931 and is very short with rather unsightly scenery. By the time we got to the Bull Ring, we decided to go home and skip it altogether. I do highly recommend the morning portion, though.

Doing what: Seville Electric Bike Tour
Riding and electric bike for this tour is one of the most fun things that I have done in a long time. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about Seville and Spain history and culture. He provided a variety of information including details about the 1929
Spain and Latin American fair, movies filmed at famous locations in Seville, local plants and trees, cathedrals, and so on. It was really fun riding through beautiful Seville on the electric bikes--the best of both worlds--the breeze in your face, but a small amount of exersion. Highly recommended.,

Doing what: Flamenco Show at Tablao Flamenco El Arenal in Seville
The show was even better than anticipated. We knew the dancing would be outstanding but didn't know what to expect for the drink and tapas. When we received our first tapas, we thought that was it; but the restaurant gave us two more! The venue was very nice, not too small, every table has a great view and the dancers are incredible. It's a Don't Miss!

Doing what: Seville Night Tour with Tablao Flamenco Show
The show itself was fine and met expectations. We added the dinner and wine option, and we were disappointed. The dinner was the most disappointing meal that we had during a week in Spain and not worth the extra cost. The pre-show night tour of Seville was nice and allowed us to see some sights that we might not hve otherwise thought to see.

Doing what: Seville Bike Tour
This tour by bike was fantastic. Luis, our tour guide, knew so much about Seville and shared it in a interesting way. The bike was of good quality and using the bike paths made for a safe excursion. I would highly recommend this tour.

Doing what: El Rocio, Donana Natural Park and Matalascanas Beach Day Trip from Seville
This was an amazing small group trip, enjoyed by all, particularly my adult children. The national park tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and anxious to share his knowledge. We traveled through the mist and partial sun via a Jurassic Park-like four-wheel-drive vehicle, through the sand dunes to see ocean/river and forest, local color with the mussel fishermen and history. We saw lots of different birds and an amazing spider. Definitely off-the-beaten track and a break from city life. If you like the outdoors and are looking for something different, you will enjoy this tour. Our local tour guide was extremely helpful and attentive as well. I would have appreciated a little more background about El Rocio (although most likely, we could have specifically asked for this, but did not).

Doing what: Seville Night Tour with Tablao Flamenco Show
The flamenco show was very good, the bus driver drove the bus expertly through the tiny and narrow streets, but the tour guide did not do a good job of explaining the sights of Seville.
