The area covered on the bus route seemed small. Many stops were close to each other. Also I paid $105.44 US for four tickets. This works out to approximately E19.50 each. The tickets given on handing in the voucher stated a price of E10 each. Please tell me my math is wrong.

Palermo slowly seduces you...it is so old and there is so much history! Very interesting to see all the architecture from the vantage point of the top of the bus. Worth paying the 7 dollar supplement to go up to Monreale!

The tour was great! Too bad it was so darn cold out! I got brain freeze on the upper deck and had to go down while my family braved the elements and got all the good pictures! The bus was nice, the tour was informative, Sicily was very cool. The ONLY down side was the gals not making a line or a queue to get on the bus. We didn't get on the first bus, either did the 6 people in front of us. When the next one came, instead of lining up, it was a mob. So many pushing and shoving we didn't think we were going to get on. I know Europeans aren't famous for "lining up" but it was pretty ridiculous. Highly recommend otherwise!

Great guide, great views. A fantastic way to get a feel for the West side of Sicily in a day.

Hop-on hop-off stuff has a desk set right at ship exit, provide city map and give direction on where the stop is. As a matter of fact, that's the only place we see hop-on hop-off stuff. I suggest in every port, same kind of service should be provided.

Top class, as with most hop on hop off the simplest way to see the best of a city in one day.

The crew needs to give better instructions - a group of about 15 waited 45 minutes for a bus that was never coming - walked about 4 blocks for the proper pick up place. Tour was okay but money would be better spent going to Segesta or Agrigento.

Directions to the meet up place were terrible and the bus never ended up starting there. We waited for an 1hr and a half and it never showed. We then had to walk to the next destication and wait for 1hr for the next bus.

Viator gave us the wrong address to get our tickets which meant we lost valuable time trying to find the kiosk. The hop on hop off is a great idea but what a let down when you only have 5 hours to visit as much as you can and you spend it looking for the ticket office!

We had booked the trip in the morning through the internet and walked to one of the points where the bus should stop, but no bus came for nearly 1 hour. So we started walking the route of the bus but until 2pm, we didn't see 1 bus. Then we saw 1 and ran to the next stop to catch it. (was very hard to do in the heat of the day and already on our feet since 10am!) They said that there was a strike in the city and that they couldn't go the route they intended to. It messed up our whole day. The bus can be booked anywhere on the route right in the bus. So people, don't bother buying it online- buy the ticket on the bus!!! The tour itself was ok!

Good service on main route, waited for the afternoon route but was disappointed with the quality of sites to visit.

The buses ran regularly and covered all the major attractions. It was nice to find that all our headsets worked as well.

the tour path did not allow most sights to be viewed from the bus. drivers were moving fast when they could, and stuck in traffic other times.
