Viator were great. Their guides were friendly and knowledgeable, we were picked up on time and the communication was fantastic. A great experience!

Doing what: Singapore by Night Tour with Dinner at Clarke Quay

Our guide Joyce was an absolute comedian and got us all laughing in no time. Though she warned us the meal would be 'basic' we found it quite good though drinks were expensive - S$11 for a beer and S$6 for a soft drink. Apparently alcohol in Singapore is taxed heavily so they don't have a problem with drink driving and disorderly behaviour! We took the Singapore Sling option and even though my 79 year old mother doesn't drink she decided that she would try it as she probably wouldn't get back to Raffles anytime soon! We went to Bugis Street Market which seems to be the only place you can get bargains in Singapore - shopping is extremely expensive - and we brought some lovely handmade clothes and shoes. We enjoyed this tour very much.

Doing what: Raffles Hotel Singapore Half-Day Tour

Raffles, what can I say. This tour date was my 50th birthday so I wanted to celebrate it at Raffles having high tea. The whole tour was exceptional. So much history and a boat ride then High Tea. My son loved the Long Bar at Raffles. Were else could he eat peanuts and throw the shells on the floor. The tour guide was once again very knowledgeable regarding Raffles etc. I had a fantastic 50th birthday, thank you Viator, it was every thing I dreamed of.

Great tour and dinner.

Pick up and return good. Our guide Judy was great. Entire tour excellent. Would recommend it to all.

Doing what: Singapore by Night Tour with Dinner at Clarke Quay

dinner not very good, not enough for 10 people sat at each table and the dishes came at intervals so you ended up with broccoli as a course.
Raffles was very expensive, we didn't want the Raffles sling as we have already tried it so asked for a beer and a gin and tonic..$50 !!!.
We thought we would get a night tour of Clarkes Quay, but got a market tour, not really our thing.

dinner wasn't as good as I would have hoped but probably to be expected for that kind of tour. enjoyed the tour portion though.

very boring and emotionless Tripp. The dinner on the river was a flopp. To eat 3 small bowls for 10 people. No one dared to take something. The drinks were overpriced. The staff at the restaurant and the bus unfriendly. We have already seen excursions to all the other better and nicer

Note from Viator: Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that you didn't have an enjoyable experience and that the staff was unprofessional. We will contact our tour company to let them know about your concerns.

Enjoyed the trip and the guide was very knowledgeable. Food at the seafood restaurant was very good too. Little disappointed that we were not allowed to look around the Raffles hotel but jut ushered into the long bar for the cocktail.
