The narrow suspension bridge provides a full panoramic view of the seemingly endless jungle, supporting up to 30 people at a single time. Because of its narrow shape it should be noted that the bridge only supports one-way traffic, so once you progress forward, there is no turning back.
As a part of the Central Catchment Nature Reserve, the bridge, which is 25 meters, or 82 feet, above ground provides viewers the opportunity to have an uninterrupted view of the jungle fauna and wildlife that might otherwise be rattled by walking along the ground.
The bridge was opened in 2004 by the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation in 2002 at a cost of $1.3 million.
