Doing what: Raffles Hotel Singapore Half-Day Tour

I really enjoyed our day. We did this tour before leaving for the airport on our way home but wished we had done it earlier as we saw parts of Singapore River eateries etc I would have loved to have gone to had I known they were there. The tour isnt Hotel focused but definitely gives you ideas of the amazing history of the hotel. The guide was very well spoken and informed and there was time to wander without the guide as well. We had the bakery package due to gluten free requirements and they whipped up a lovely GF cake for my mother. The choc cake was huge but we didnt shy away from it!! The pewter gallery and museum weren't as great as the rest of the tour but I guess it depends what you are after. Worth the price and reputable organisation.

Doing what: Singapore's Chinatown Trishaw Night Tour

Thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The trishaw tour was fantastic we had group of 32 persons with 17 trishaws tearing up chinatown through to Clark Quay where we boarded our bumboat river ride. Couldnt have asked for more fun. Even our 7 month old daughter loved the trip it was so much she fell asleep by the time we cruised up and down Singapore river. Which was also a highlight. Ashame though dinner let us down a bit not much varierty and not enough food, we had to order room service back at the hotel. Would definately do the tour again if I head back to Singapore.

Doing what: Singapore's Chinatown Trishaw Night Tour

This tour was 10/10 , we visited a calligrapher who painted a personalised Chinese fan, visited a Chinese Temple, ample time for shopping at Chinatown, a beautiful Chinese Dinner at Chinatown, then the funniest thing I have ever done, we went for a Trishaw ride, thinking we would ride through some of the back streets, NO we were on the main road, literally racing other trishaws(never laughed.so much in my life) then went for a lovely ride on a bum boat on the Singapore River to Marina Bay, beautiful lights and the laser lights from the Marina Bay Sands) This tour is a MUST DO !!

Doing what: Singapore's Chinatown Trishaw Night Tour

great value for money! our tour guide, jane chan, was very accommodating, funny and organized. everything was done with perfect timing. going through the streets in chinatown was fantastic as there were many cheap deals. the food in the chinese restaurant was good and was served pleasantly hot. we had fans with our chinese names written on them. most of all, i enjoyed the singapore river cruise. we had a great view of the city at night and we were in time for the laser show at marina bay sands. it was also convenient that they offered complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off. it was the best tour we had in singapore. :) will highly recommend this to my friends and family.

Doing what: Singapore's Chinatown Trishaw Night Tour

A must do! We had a lovely dinner, then a fantastic Trishaw ride from China Town to Clarke quay, a great experience & then to finish off a wonderful evening by viewing all the lights along the Singapore River on a Bumboat ride, a fun filled evening.

Doing what: Singapore's Chinatown Trishaw Night Tour

I had seen on the reviews that the dinner component was a bit disappointing and it was kind of bland! However, it was still a nice meal, just didn't light any fires in the taste department. Plenty of time to shop in Chinatown and then the Trishaw ride. It certainly made up for the dinner! So much fun! Plus, a ride on the Singapore River in a bum boat. A great way to see Singapore at night! Definitely recommend this tour, just don't expect a spicy meal! the guide was great and very helpful in advising on other attractions to see and visit.

Doing what: Singapore's Chinatown Trishaw Night Tour

We were scheduled to have this tour however we arrived late at the hotel lobby because we got lost on our way back. The great thing was rescheduling is possible. The tour was fun and informative. I loved the trishaw ride on the highway from Chinatown to Clarke Quay. It was also like a race with the other trishaws. A little scary though when buses pass by us. The bumboat ride was interesting too as we were able to see the many sights along the Singapore river. Despite the fact that the driver left us without leaving a message, this is a must do when in Singapore.

Doing what: Singapore's Chinatown Trishaw Night Tour

This is a well-organized tour with competent guides. It starts with an insight into the early Chinese community at the Chinese Heritage Center, plus the opportunity to catch a special bargain in the night markets and a meal in the heart of Chinatown. Then you get to enjoy a unique and thrilling ride in a trishaw through the narrow lanes of the market stalls and a dash to Clarke Quay for a magnificent Bumboat night cruise on the Singapore River. This is a must for locals and travelers alike. I highly recommend this great value.

Doing what: Singapore's Chinatown Trishaw Night Tour

The tour started badly with the tour group - Tour East going to the wrong hotel for pick up despite the hotel being confirmed the previous evening.
Once we reliased something was wrong and several phone calls to Tour East we managed to catch a taxi and catch up wth the tour group.
We then proceeded to enjoy a fantastic evening with the dinner in Chinatown then the Trishaw tour and Bumboat ride on the Singapore River.

I enjoyed the Trishaw ride in Chinatown and the boat ride on the Singapore River. The meal in Chinatown was not great but okay. All and all, the tour was worth it

Doing what: Raffles Hotel Singapore Half-Day Tour

The tour schedule is well-planned and sumptuous. Unfortunately, the cruise lasted for only 2 minutes due to closure of the Singapore River for the YOG! Should the guide improve her communication skill, the tour could be rated prefect.

Doing what: Singapore's Chinatown Trishaw Night Tour

Chinatown was a disappointment at night. The shops virtually had all the same merchandise and not cheap. We had an ordinary chinese meal and drinks were very expensive. We were told by our guide that we should tip the try shaw drivers. I always feel that we have paid for the night and that the drivers would also have been paid. Why should we do it again. Singapore is not a third world country. The bumboat trip on the Singapore river was excellent and that why i give it 3 stars.
