Cruises from Singapore

Singapore is an island city of skyscrapers, best viewed from the water. An afternoon with dolphins will amuse you on Sentosa island, visit the colonial past on a bumboat to Raffles Hotel, or join Admiral Cheng Ho for a romantic evening cruise on a junk!

Experience a different, relaxing side of Singapore on lush Sentosa Island.  Enjoy panoramic views as you swoop over the water from Mt Faber to Sentosa island resort. "Songs of the Sea" sound and light show transports you to an enchanted underwater world, while Images of Singapore tells the history of Singapore to experience the city's local culture and vibrant heritage. Be amazed by the playful antics of the pink dolphins in the Dolphin Lagoon, or get close to fascinating sea life on a voyage to the bottom of the sea, viewing 2,500 sea creatures at Underwater World.

Sail past picturesque islands and a multitude of ships in the M.V. Cheng Ho, a gorgeously decorated replica of the Da Fu, famous Imperior vessel of the Ming Dynasty. Cruise up the Singapore river for a fascinating insight into a part of Singapore only seen from the sea. Admire the magnificent city skyline cruising past palm-fringed islands through the eastern anchorage of the busiest port in the world. As dusk falls and twinkling lights appear on shore, pull away on a romantic harbor cruise, for an enchanting evening on Singapore Harbor.

Learn how Singapore became a vital international port and trading center for the Far East as you follow in the footsteps of Sir Stanford Raffles, the founder of colonial Singapore. Retrace the colonial history of Singapore from the site where Raffles first set foot in 1819, to indulge in an afternoon tea buffet at stylish Raffles Hotel, the centre of high-society colonial Singapore.

Cruise the Singapore River by bumboat, the traditional hardy vessels that once ferried cargo up and down the river. Today your bumboat will steer you along the historic Singapore River, past a kaleidoscope of colonial buildings, Chinese shop houses and the modern skyscrapers of Singapore's business district, to bustling vibrant Clarke Quay, a riverside festival village.

This was a fantastic tour/dinner cruise. My son and I were taken to the departure point by tour coach. We had a small wait before boarding for the dinner cruise. Once aboard the whole evening was terrific. We had pre dinner drinks, then dinner as we cruised the Singapore Harbour. After dinner we had the opportunity to stand on the deck and watch the sun go down and talk to other passengers. This was one of the most relaxing tours my son and I went on. The commentary regarding the history of the Cheng Ho was very interesting.
