Though Sentosa Island may not be the best place to mix with locals (a stiff entry fee is levied against permanent residents and Singaporean citizens), this Universal Studios-themed resort that contains the region’s second-largest casino, Resorts World Sentosa, is a quality destination for travelers seeking games of chance and other Vegas-esque diversions.
