Great tour with Bill, our driver. Bill knew a great deal about the history of Skagway and gave a great tour of Skagway (Town of Skagway, first cemetery in Skagway, stop at scenic overview of city and great tour with multiple stops for photos along the drive to White Pass Summit. Never felt rushed despite a full bus. Breath taking views were to be had all along the way. We did get lucky with a clear, beautiful day!

This tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Alaska. Our guide, Candy, was knowledgeable, accommodating, and fun to be with. We were most pleased with the many stops along the way for admiring the beauty and the chance to take pictures. We enjoyed the interaction among the others in our coach. We were most pleased with our choice and would recommend this excursion to anyone who is visiting Skagway. During one of our stops, we saw three trains pass by during our one stop and were able to take pictures. We also observed a jogger on the railroad tracks which our guide had never seen (nor us). We watched carefully for the safety of this individual as the approaching train came closer. The jogger was safe and continued along the tracks. Because of the information about "Soapy" and "Reid" and our visit to the cemetery we decided to attend the "Broadway" musical in Skagway depicting this conflict... the show was delightful and we recommend this as well... Not only did we have great weather, but our driver/tour guide was a native Alaskan who loves this land and spoke with great pride and knowledge of the area. The history was fascinating. Her friendly down to earth manner was relaxing and fun. She volunteered to take photos of us at the Welcome to Alaska sign. The trip to the cemetery was fun too. A side excursion for those up to it was a walk up to Reid Falls. That was gorgeous and worth the short trek. Thank you for a memorable visit. Chris and Bill, Albuquerque, NM 7/2013
