A well presented and interesting tour, the food at Bennett was very good and the scenery magnificent.
Doing what: Bennett Train Journey on the White Pass Rail
This was the best tour of our trip. Tyler, our guide, was very knowledgeable. He explained the different
eco systems and told us a lot of history of the area. An unexpected side hike to a beautiful waterfall was a real treat. I have never taken the train that everyone raves about but I think going by coach and being able to stop and get out and see the wonders of the area trumps a 3+ hour train ride anytime.

excellent guide good value
informative and nice tour guide.
This tour was amazing!
Even though the White Pass Summit was all fogged in, we still enjoyed our tour! Our guide really made the difference and we enjoyed his commentary very much! Would recommend this tour to all my friends!
We were very pleased with our Skagway excursion. The guide told very amazing facts from history and nowadays. It was very interesting to see real beautiful land shafts and nature. Thank you!
I love this tour especially the stop on the "Welcome to Alaska" sign. We also went to a gold rush cemetery but I could care less for this stuff. It's just me. Tyler, our tour guide was so nice and knowledgeable. He even offered to take our photos so he became our "part time" photographer on this tour. On our way we had a stop on a fall and the view was so beautiful.
Our tour guide was excellent and the weather was beautiful. We enjoyed the tour very much. Wish it had been longer!
Nice tour of small city and White Pass. The tour guide was pleasant and knowledgeable.
Great tour. Mike, our tour tourguide, was a lot of fun.
Very informative guide who made many photo stops. A particular highlight was the short walk to a beautiful waterfall from the Skagway cemetery where we saw the graves of Soapy Smith and Frank Reid after hearing of their exploits in Skagway's early days. I much preferred the coach ride to the alternative train journey.
Great tour, our guide was so informative. Would recommend it to anyone going there.
Excellent! Candy our driver was prompt and engaging. She was great! The bus was comfortable and clean. The sights were what we had hoped to see. Thank you!
The tour guide Candy was patient informative and kind!
Great trip into the YUKON. Seemed a little long...but very beautiful!
Our driver was awesome, made it fun the whole trip - beautiful drive
It was a good trip. We enjoyed the tour.
Glad we got to see this historic roadway. Driver/guide was very pleasant and informative. Views are spectacular. Well worth doing.
We really enjoyed the tour. The guide was very informative.
If you want to experience the ruggedness of the area more fully, the train would be your best choice. Having said that, our bus tour guide did an excellent job - very informative; stopped often for great pictures; added in Soapy Smith cemetery and a falls in Skagway which was also very interesting. He also offered to take pics of tour folks next to the "Welcome to Alaska" sign. Might be good to let folks know that the good bathroom near the start of the tour is the one to use as the "facilities" at the summit are breath-taking (this was not a good thing!) A lady from another tour missed her bus at the cemetery and our guide gave her a ride back to town and attempted to help her meet up with her group....much appreciated act of kindness.
Enjoyed this trip bus journey to summit was good amd Skagway a lovely little town.
Our tour guide was excellent and brought a real flair to telling about Skagway and it's seedy history. The area was beautiful and certainly something that shouldn't be missed.
Excellent tour guide, punctual, very knowledgeable and super friendly. She stopped at breathtaking views for us to take pictures. Unforgettable tour!
Great tour with Bill, our driver. Bill knew a great deal about the history of Skagway and gave a great tour of Skagway (Town of Skagway, first cemetery in Skagway, stop at scenic overview of city and great tour with multiple stops for photos along the drive to White Pass Summit. Never felt rushed despite a full bus. Breath taking views were to be had all along the way. We did get lucky with a clear, beautiful day!
