It was a very nice tour, beautiful scenery, amazing views. Tour guide was great and spoke English very well. Took a lot of amazing pictures.
The driver was waiting for us when we arrived. The car was new and comfortable. The driver was nice and 100% professional. Along the trip he also gave us a lot of important information. As the hotel was located in the centre where cars were not allowed he helped with our luggage to the hotel. So, he really deserves the 5 stars rating.
The total tour was very interesting. We have seen nice places and we had time enough to visit the different places i.e. we have not been in a hurry to move from one place to another.
The tour car was comfortable.
And the best part and of course the most important point of the whole tour is the guide. Our guide was a nice guy who know not only the backrounds of the places which we visited, but lots of things about Slovenia generally. And he spoke good english such a way which was easy to understand the people whose mother language is not just english.
My wife and I enjoyed the tour very much and we would like to thank you for this opportunity to see some other places than just Ljubljana.
the guide was excellent, knowledgable, friendly and pleasant. I would certainly recommend to anyone that they should visit Bled. That place is stunning. Words dont do it justice. I would recommend using this service, it is amazing value and makes a trip simple and enjoyable.
One of the happiest days in my life! The guide from Kompas (her name was Lana) was knowledgeable, and she improvised well: due to unforeseen circumstances, at Bohinj we went to an agricultural show/ field day instead, which was also enjoyable. A lot of people in our group were not keen on walking, and hence we only went to 'armchair' type of locations, but that was fine too.
Our trip to Bled was the highlight of our holiday to Ljubljana. The senery is breathtaking beautiful. The boat journeyover to the church in the middle of the lake was quiet and peaceful. The veiws from the castle are amazing. A visit to Lake Bled is a must if in Slovenia!
Piran was a very quaint and picturesque town. With gorgeous seafood restaurants selling the most amazing calamari! Not much to see or do in Portoroz although it has a beautiful beach if sun bathing is your thing. We did have some lovely icecream here though!
Good tour, good guide. I enjoyed the visit of the sea salt production. Piran is a nice small little town.
The lake is beautiful but a little smaller than expected.
I wish the tour guide should tell me more about the city, the country and the culture instead of his opinions about politics.
Probably the best tour in Slovenia. You wouldn't want to miss some of the most beautiful landscapes of this small country. Highly recommended.
Lake Bled was very beautiful and if we had more time I would've liked to book some time at one of the local hotels to stay a while. Toured the island and the castle but now regret not getting some wine when we stopped at the wine cellar at the castle...
What a great trip! Couldn't fault it at all. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and his English was flawless. You start with a Pletna ride across to the island of Bled, and spend some time on there. Then you drive around the top of the lake towards the Castle. After a steep walk up the hill at the castle you can have a look around and views out across all of Bled. Then it's down into town for lunch. After lunch we go across to the Savica waterfall - a good 15minute uphill hike to the waterfall amongst beautiful forest. Back from the waterfall there's a final stop in Bohinj, another stunningly beautiful lake. It was a fantastic day, seeing some truly beautiful scenery. You've got to be fairly mobile and fit to take it on - as there are a lot of hills.
