Our guide gave us very very little history with no interesting asides. Also, the suspension in your vehicles is non-existent. It actually physically hurt to ride.

The tour was great but however, due to the time of our arrival, we only got to enjoy the tour of lights. We learned that Christma eve and Christmas day were NOT the time to go to St Augustine! Everything closed down at 3:00PM. Next time we will plan better.

We leave our car at home when we stay at the KOA and take the Beach Bus into town. The drivers are great and everytime we do the long trolley tour, we learn something new. The trolley is our favorite part of our St. Augustine visits.

Good Price for 3 day Pass, can get on and off in Olde Town - shopping, museums,sightseeing. Glad we did it. Was chilly when we went ....:)

I would rate my experience with your company as poor,in that when I called it was on when I called your toll-free number I made reservations and paid by credit card and that they were suposed to fax to the hotel,When I arrived there the tickets had not been faxed.I could reach you cause you are on Pacific time 3 hours later.I couldn't reach untill you opened.I had to wait until your time to open.When I did reach you.I talked someone they were suposed to receive fax at that time.I still didn't receive tickets for 2 more times,one was blank pages and the other time just didn't receive.I then gave you the e-maill address and then finally was able to get them.I had to over 3 hours to get them that day.

The trolley tour was the best wwe ever had. Easy to use. They run often and the drivers were very accomodating and intesting with their knowledge of the city. I would highly reccomend this tour.

Very interesting and educational. Driver is fun and courteous and makes the tour worthwhile. Seats were padded and glad they were, because the streets of St. Augustine are very rough. The trolley company went out of their way to make us comfortable, I definately recommend tour.

Excellent pick up from beach hotel. Driver got everyone on bus involved and gave great advice about trip as well as giving the history. Drivers Joan John and bear exceptional

Great town to visit, lots of historical interest and fun things to do, a real alternative to the non stop Disney theme in Orlando itself.

Trolly was great, except for the uncomfortable seats and the rocky ride. Drivers were all very knowledgeable and that was much appreciated. We never had to wait long for another trolly to come by. I think a list of admission prices would be very helpful. Sometimes folks can only afford so much and it would be nice to know in advance what the prices were.
