We spent a wonderful time in St. Augustine, mostly because of the service received from VIATOR... It was not our first experience, though. Everytime we have done a booking with them the results have been the greatest.

The Hop-on Hop-off Trolley in St. Augusting was fabulous! The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The Trolley drivers were great and very informative. We thoroughly enjoyed touring St. Augustine at "our" pace and were able to stop at the places of our choice. Thank you for providing such a great service for us tourists!

This was a nice trip, although the next time I go to St. Augustine, it will have to be during the months of December and January, it was just too hot. The places were nice and the people wer plesant.

The trip was very nice. I would have liked to have the pilot slow down around the points of interest. Flew by so quick I couldn't even get a good picture of some. And it seemed like the trip just flew by. Not sure how long it was supposed to be but it didn't last long at all.

I WAS NOT TOLD THAT A SUNSET IS NOT GUARANTEED. YOU GET TO SEE THE SUNSET IF THERE ARE NO CLOUDS.SO IT DID NOT WORK OUT ON MY TRIP.IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A SUNSET BEWARE

The pilot was Fantastic. It was a surprise for My husband and my son... they LOVED it... Will do it again sometime. The helicopter staff are awesome. Very accommodating. Thank you for wonderful memories.

Tickets through viator were great, everything there went well, but maybe they should take the tour before trying to sell it. It was horrible.

We had a wonderful time! We ended up taking three different trolleys and all of the tour guides were well informed. We loved the "jail experience". We spent time at the Flagler Church and learned much. Our lunch in the swimming pool was a "hoot". Had fun shopping at the winery. We would certainly recommend your company!

The actors were good, storytelling fun and engaging, but I kept expecting something else to happen. The jail was the best part. Overall, I was a little disappointed, but my wife and two daughters thought it was "awesome", so overall it was well worth the price. It was obvious the actors got into their characters and enjoyed themselves. Our guide was super.

The info that the guides passed on was great and made the trip worthwhile, but the roads in St. Aug are pathetic, and the ride was unbelievably bumpy. I would not advise anyone with a bad back to ride those cars. Personnel were terrific - pleasant, patient and never stopped talking and providing good historic information.

It was well worth it. I would suggest getting to it early. It could get very crowded later in the day.

It was a little hokey but entertaining. A little time to explore the hospital and the cemetery would have been nice.
