Pirates, shipwrecks, sacrifices and lover’s quarrels; it may be the stuff of legends, but nowhere does it feel as real as in the Caribbean. While many of the islands in the Caribbean have their own ghost stories and haunted tales, one of the best places to experience the spooky history of the region is on the islands of St. Kitts and Nevis. Ghost tours on St. Kitts visit haunted plantations and historic sites, the most famous being the haunted Eden Browne Estate on Nevis.

St. Kitts and Nevis are separated by a narrow two-mile-wide channel and have a passenger ferry service that connects the two islands. Begin your ghost tour along the New River-Coconut Walk in Nevis, a historic landmark located along the Nevis Heritage Trail. Here you’ll find two historic estates built between 1810 and 1834.
