St Thomas Travel Tips
You don't have to stray far to find excellent beaches on St Thomas; warm, shallow Magens Bay in the north is the most popular, but it's a rare coastal stretch here that doesn't provide excellent swimming or lounging.
The island's mountainous interior provides great views of the surrounding coast and sea. The best is from Drake's Seat, where Francis Drake sat in 1568.
