The staff on the boat where not very helpful and tried to get paid for the tickets which I had printed from the internet. It was as if it was the first time that they had seen such tickets.
good itinerary...easy to get to main sightseeing places
We used the boat option as a back up in case there were no buses at the time we wanted to return to our ship, and used it at the end of the day for that reason. Boats were fine, easy to get on and off. More like a taxi service with no commentary but useful to get to the major areas if you're doing your own tour.
Very pleased with the Hop On/Hop Off Boat in Stockholm.
nice way to bring you to some spots around the city, but the boats themselves could be better, like bigger windows or no-roof for better pictures.
Boats unable to keep schedules. Would have enjoyed seeing more than the harbour area.
It has proved really convenient,since it was raining on that day,yes,it rains in July,in Stockholm.We managed to visit the sights we wanted to see despite the weather.

We chose the Hop-on Hop-off Boat tour against eh Hop-on Hop-off Bus tour as a way to avoid traffic in Stockholm. We did not realize that there were four ports in Stockholm and our cruise ship did not dock at the one that has the Hop-on Hop-off stop. The company did have a bus at our cruise port that took us to one of the boat stops but we were not sure how we would get back to our ship at the end of the day. The bus driver nor the ticket office could let us know for sure if we could take the bus back to the ship. The ticket office told us we would have to purchase the bus tour. So several of us paid for a cab to return us to the ship.
A great way to see Stockholm. Boats run frequently. They're not all the same- the best one had seats perpendicular to the windows with tables. Map on the website slightly out of date--the Sodermalm stop is at the photography museum, not Katarina Lift. Would have been helpful if instructions had said to look for the yellow flags.
TOUR WAS FINE. THE BOATS USED WERE VERY OLD and HARD TO GET IN AND OUT FOR SENIORS.
The boat tour was a great way to see Stockholm. The tour guide was wonderful. The tour stops at some great sights and was very punctual.
Very convenient to the cruise ship port. Many boats available. The hop on hop off boat made transportaion on our day in stockholm a breeze.
Took too long between stops so we couldn't use it as efficiently as we would have liked. Then the routes also changed on us.
