Exactly as described, however start/finish times and bus intervals were different than stated on the providers website. Also, bus driver and "ticket seller" didn't seem to understand the Viator voucher, didn't provide us with a ticket so we just kept showing the voucher. As we did quite a few of the HOHO buses in Europe, worked out they give a substantial discount if you show a ticket from another HOHO bus from another city. But you don't know that until you are there!

Excellent tour guide although I was the only one on the tour so I actually had a private tour. We biked all over the city for @2 hours. I hadn't biked in a long time and he was very patient but again it was a solo tour.

We got our Hop on Hop Off bus at the cruise dock and when we boarded we were not told that the bus would be a shuttle. After sitting there for almost an hour we were taken into Stockholm and dropped off at another stop where we had to wait almost another hour for the first real bus of the day. If we had been told that the bus was not going to start making the rounds we would have gotten off and walked back to the ship and waited in comfort. Also, when we did take the bus after we visited the Vasa Museum it stopped at the other cruise port for a long stop, over 20 minutes, and waited for people to stroll off the ship and then ask questions and pay thereby wasting a lot of our time. There needs to be a better way to handle this as we were not able to get around to the next stops quickly so were not able to do the things we planned.

the ;tour itself was fine but the arrangements made by viatour where terrible! It would have been cheaper and simpler for me to buy the tickets at the bus tour stop. I couldnt find where the bus left from. None of the drivers knew. I called Viatour and they cut me off (twice) until I called enough times that I cot through w someone who didn't help at all!! (look around, it must be there"...The poor tour ticket seller tried desperately to look it up (I was there 30 mins early as viatour requests), She finally felt sorry for me and let me on and assured me she woujl try and get the money from viatour.I would NEVER use yr service again. I would encourage anyone to NOT use your service and I regret giving you my money, though the tour itself was fine.

Because there was only my daughter and myself on the tour, we had a personalised tour round Stockholm and out to the palace. Learnt such a lot about the city and the country!

I enjoyed the bus tour trip. It showed the different neighborhoods and really helped me get a feel for the city. The tour allowed translation in many languages. The boat tour was nice, but not that informative or added much to the tour

Great way to see the city! However our guide talked too much about bars instead of sights or history.

Stops not always easy to find. Drivers were very friendly and helpful. Sights and commentary were good.

We combined this with the boat tour and found out that the only problem was that the ship did not spend enough time in port to make all the stops on the two tous. On line booking was perfect with no problems on either portion of the day.
