Best Thai Restaurant in Sydney

Hands-down, the best Thai restaurant in Sydney (at least city center) is Spice I Am in Surry Hills (90 Wentworth Ave). It's always crowded, and deservedly so. I love the larb (it's seriously spicy - you have been warned!) and all the noodle dishes are winners.
