The tour guide Lead was fantastic (clear, concise, well-prepared, organized) and the tour driver was great too. The transfer from the hotel in Jerusalem to Tel Aviv and from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem was problematic. It was time-consuming and stressful. I will not write about in details and I hope other groups will not experience it.

Again good value with a great guide Haya. A lot of time spent in bus commuting for hotel pick ups but this was inavoidable. As a Christian it was especially significant and moving. However whilst out of tour operator control a presence at the Jordan River where an appropriate person after the right deliberations could baptise people would be great. Lunch at the Sea of Galilee was OK although the fish was dry. I have joked with friends possibly the last fish that Peter caught before taking off on his ministry odyssey with Jesus. Still good value and would recommended

The trip was full of so much more information than I expected. The guide was helpful. The dinner was actually common fair for Jerusalem and the view of the Sea of Galillee worth it. I enjoyed the trip and was glad I was prepared for the long bus ride. Bring snacks and water!

Great trip. Great folks. Great guide. Just a little confusion getting us on the right bus at the beginning of the day. After that: perfect.

Very nice tour, organized well and interesting commentary

This tour is an extensive journey to many wondeful and intersting sites in northern Isreal. Be prepared to pay unreasonable prices for lunch. The restaurant is selected by the tour guide and several people complained about the prices.

This trip was disappointing. There was a lot of waiting around and confusion just to get to Nazareth. What we're not told in the description is that the tour actually leaves from Tel Aviv. Those participants from Jerusalem are taken to a central location in Jerusalem to be then transported to Tel Aviv where we left on the actual tour. But the driver didn't speak English, so he couldn't really tell us what was going on. It was a very long day because of the extra 2 hours just getting to Tel Aviv (and also extra 2 hours on the way back to Jerusalem) and then our first stop was a tourist shop. I would rather have gone directly to the site and done the tourist shop later. We only got to see the Sea of Galilee from the restaurant, and from the bus. The visit to Capernaum was the only real place that there was much to see. And the visit to Yardenit, the Israeli built baptism center (to make up for the fact that you can't get to where Jesus was actually baptized since it is in Jordan) was terrible. This was tourist trap at its worst.

great ,learnt so much

My trip was excellent thanks to our tour guide except he was biased and anti-Palestinian to say the least. At the end of the trip there was a bit of a hiccup about which bus to board. For all that, it was a good day out and worth the money.

Supplier is operationally challenged but the guide was great and interested in all the guests. We were two hours late (it was not just traffic) getting back after being promised on time return which was important to me this day as I had another commitment.

Our tour guide was great!

Be aware, you have to spend up to 7 hr total ONLY on a way to and from destination vs 6 or less hrs of sightseeing itself. I was picked up in JLM at 550am and dropped of at 850pm. Waited up to 15 min for each person to pickup, more than 1 hr for shuttles to gather ppl from hotels. Did not leave to Tel Aviv - 1 hr ride - to pick up TLV group till 730am. Guide joined only there. Unpleasant surprises: nothing in tour description was said ab a stop at baptismal site at Jordan, heard that first time from guide, many could get prepared instead of paying $25 for a robe or $10 for renting it. On the way back instead of sending TLV group by a separate van as we were told, we drove all the way back to almost TLV - 5 min from it, where the split took place. And we were only 30-35 ppl total on a bus, JLM group was even larger than TLV. AWEFUL service and ugly attitude of servers? they looked like crooks, at the lunch restaurant at Galilee Sea - $11 for salad bar and $22 for same with kebab or fish. American kind of coffee in thumbnail size plastic???? cups, no milk no sugar. Well, fresh dates. Half group waited for 50 min for meat/fish after salads, still were charged. Guide did not check on our tables until we came up to complain, he and driver sat at separate table and had the whole meal served right away. We had to wait for coffee, dates, separately as they dont serve until everyone is done w their meal. Bootcamp rules. Guide did not stand for us to demand refund or no charge for late meals. VERY poor logistics

THIS TOUR COULD BE MUCH MORE INFORMATIVE. WE RESERVED TOUR IN ENGLISH BUT TOUR WAS IN SPANISH MOSTLY
I WOULD RECOMEND NOT TO BUY ANY
TOURS WITH VIATOUR IN ISRAEL

Must see for history buffs and Christians. This tour overlapped another geographically, but the narration was completely different and just as interesting on both.
