Tour guide was excellent really knew Tokyo would recommend tour to anyone thanks
I took this tour with my girlfriend, who was visiting from the UK, so that she could see some of Tokyo quickly. It was excellent and did exactly what I wanted it to do. The view of Mount Fuji from the Tokyo Tower was clear and an added bonus.
The Tea Ceremony was simple and serene experience and the gardens were stunning.
Lunch was fantastic and gave us an opportunity to talk to our fellow travellers and once again the gardens were spectacular. The tour guide was excellent. Her English was faultless, her knowledge was deep and her sense of humour just brilliant. I particularly enjoyed her explanation of the Japanese toilet functions!
The day was well organised and went ahead seamlessly. An altogether great tour. I would reccomend this tour to anyone visiting Japan for the first time or any time for that matter.
I had a great time with a very informative and humorous guide. One hour at the onsen is unfortunately short, I'd prefer to take an extra 30 minutes out of the shopping, but all in all, it was a great day!
A good way to see Tokyo if you are only there for a short while.
This was a typically great Viator tour. As usual, an exceptional guide, nice treats, great itinerary, and interesting sights. It is a cost effective way to make the most of a tourist day in a strange city. Next stop???
We did this tour last year and loved it again this year. The lunch is incredible and the guide was super informative. Lots of free time on your own and you hit a lot of sights in one day.
fantastic guide. great tour. lunch fantastic couldnt have been happier
Very good guide! Very good food ! You will got more than you expected! You will see every place in Tokyo!
It was a lot of fun:)
An excellent tour, though it is a little stressful not going back to the hotel. However Haruko-San, the tour guide, was extremely helpful. The river cruise is really a river trip on a public ferry. There is no commentary, but otherwise the whole day was amazing. There we only 4 of us on a large coach, and I get the impression that winter is a good time to visit Tokyo.
Very well-organized tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and also funny at the time. The pace of the tour was just perfect, allowing us to have enough time to see the attractions and take some pics as well.
Very good tour with a great guide too, good lunch, nice variety of sights, I recommend it.
Tour was great, the last area we visited where the mini Statue of Liberty
/shopping mall is something that could easy be left out. The guide was very good. We were disappointed with lunch, we were hoping to have a Japanese lunch not a western lunch. One of the reason we travel is to eat the food of the country we visit.
Meiji shrine was well done, walk in park by palace was very very short, Senso- ji Temple drop off at the back, little explanation and you walk to front on your own in about 20 minutes. Really not enough time. Ginza shopping is quick drive down the street and we were dropped off on the street at a light as we took the half day tour. Tokyo is an incredible city and the history very interesting. Although the guide gave some information, it could have been so much more. Second tour which is making me reconsider using this company in a another location in the world.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of useful information about Tokyo throughout the trip, he even taught us how to count to ten in Japanese. The trip was a great way to see some of the sights of Tokyo. The world trade centre and Asakusa were particularly good. The boat trip was ok but a bit boring. However it was nice to say that we had sailed on the Sumida river. We would definitely recommend this short trip to anyone visiting Tokyo for a few days.
