Doing what: 2-Day Mt Fuji, Hakone and Bullet Train Tour from Tokyo

A lovely trip. First day you see Fuji, Hakone, Boat and cable car ride. Scenic's are gorgeous (on a sunny day). Bullet train that night (for 1 nighters), or stay overnight. Next day, you're on your own, hard if you don't know Japanese. But the sights are wonderful. I say worth the 2 days.

The tour was excellent. We went on a crystal clear day and although it was cold, the views were spectacular. Highlight was bullet train ride back to Tokyo. Our tour fuide Harry was very knowledgable and full of information.

From beginning to end this is a fantastic trip and highly recommended. Mount Fuji, Lake Ashi and the bullet train all all great things to experience. We would do it again... There is so much to see!

Doing what: Kyoto Rail Tour by Bullet Train from Tokyo

Kyoto tour was good with interesting temples and shrines. The bullet train was fun but having paid so much I had expected to be accompanied all day rather than spending 5 hours alone on the train. Eating lunch on my own was also disappointing. Hotel pick ups from Asakusa should be offered.

Doing what: Mt Fuji, Lake Ashi and Bullet Train Day Trip from Tokyo

Beautifully clear day and Fuji was in all its glory. Could only get put to station 1 due to the heavy snow. Guide was informative and friendly. Lunch delicious, if a little light. The cable car, boat trip and bullet train added to the different sights and views of this wonderful mountain. Big day!

Doing what: 2-Day Mt Fuji and Onsen Experience from Tokyo

First day was good on bus , all the things that were listed were done and were great. But at the end of our first day we were handed an envelope with our passes for the next day and our bullet train tickets and pointed in the direction of our hotel.. That was it it . Didnt have a clue how to get to the bullet train ,which was well over an hour away.I had no idea what we could and couldnt do. Wasnt given any directions on where to go by our guide. We missed the " free " bus to get to the bullet train and had to pay our own way there. And then nearly missed our train. The restaurant at the hotel was insanely expensive and the entire menu was in French and Japanese. There was no where else to eat so we had no choice. A bit more of a Guide as to what we were supposed to do the next day would of been realy handy.

I highly recommend the trip. Lunch was great and so was the return via bullet train. I'd strongly recommend. The guide was also very knowledgeable.

Doing what: Kyoto Rail Tour by Bullet Train from Tokyo

A fantastic trip. All English-speaking staff who guided us during the tour were friendly and helpful. Since our tour lasted just one day (exactly, 12 hours including over four hours traveling on the bullet train between Tokyo and Kyoto), we could have brief visits to three temples.

Doing what: Mt Fuji, Lake Ashi and Bullet Train Day Trip from Tokyo

A very worthwhile and enjoyable trip. Our guide was fantastic and couldn't do enough for all the people on our coach, even ensuring that we all had a seat on the bullet train back to Tokyo and directing us all on where to catch our subway trains.

Doing what: Mt Fuji, Lake Ashi and Bullet Train Day Trip from Tokyo

We couldnt go far up mt. Fuji due to snow. By far the best part was Lake Ashi and the cable car ride. So beautiful! My husband loved the bullet train. Our rating is low due to weather, which we know there was no control over. And also the time spent on the bus. was a long drive for such short stops.

Doing what: Mt Fuji, Lake Ashi and Bullet Train Day Trip from Tokyo

A great day had by all. Tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, she also spoke good English. Although the bus journey was long, it showed the beauty of the japanese countryside The bullet train back to Tokyo was very exciting and the train took no time at all to get back to the city.
