Thoroughly enjoyed Lourdes! Could've spent more time in order to visit more attractions. Hotel was conveniently located. I'm not impressed with Cityrama tours as they provide no means of transportation to get to the train station in Lourdes nor transportation back to the Cityrama office when you return to Paris. We felt like we were dumped off and abandoned!

This was a good trip. Just chose the wrong weekend - when Lourdes had lots of rain and the worst flooding in 40 years. Our group was great and we adapted and got by and managed to visit most places.

it was very good and i had a good time in Lourdes it was very nice and the hotel was very nice also the guide was very nice.
All of things was so so nice and i am really was very happy with such trip. Also i will make another trip to Lourdes with my family next August also through your office.

We were told we had to call 24 days before our tour to confirm. We tried calling many times, on different days and never got through from the U.S and from Paris. We had to physically go to the office once we arrived in Paris to confirm our tour. We were also told that someone would be picking us up at the train station in Lourdes and taking us to our hotel. No one was there to pick us up. We waited about 30 minutes to see if someone was coming. Fortunately we had the extra money to pay for a taxi to our hotel. We were not told until the day we were to leave for our tour, when our return time would be, which was quite late, 11:30 pm. The Itinerary only said we would be leaving in the afternoon.The train and hotel was nice and so was the independent tour, but it would have been nice to be given map of the area. Maybe the person who never showed up to take us to our hotel had that?

Very professional, very competent tour guide (Dianne) - steered us through the crowds, got us to the right spots for photo opportunities, and provided sufficient explanation for what we were seeing. Also allowed us some free time to do our own thing.

Both my husband and I were looking forward to our Lourdes Day trip, and the trip for exceeded our best expectations. We were able to see St. Bernadette's home(s), real photos of the saint, and other people in her family. Our guide gave us a very good background of what happened, even describing the geography of the region at the time. The visit to the chapel was also very interesting and the fact that relics existed in the chapel was something we learned.
Nothing was more emotionally moving than actually walking through the grotto, touching the wet stones, and seeing the people who were being wheeled in by others for cures. It was a wonderful and memorable trip and one that will never be forgotten!
Very nice small group tour. The guide's English could be better, but we managed to convey meanings.

Very personalized tour. The guide was very personable and informative. The tour operates with a minimum of 2 people, so we had a lot of personal attention.
Our trip was excellent, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. This trip was our best compared to the other three packages we bought.

The tour was very nice, and Lourdes is a beautiful city, very well organized for visitors. The sanctuary is beautiful, and being there in the one hundred and fiftieth anniversary of the apparitions was a special moment.
