I have used Viator on two separate vacations: China and Turkey. I have been happy with the services both times. I plan on using Viator for future trips. It's nice scheduling activities in advance and paying in American dollars! Many of the tour companies in Turkey gave prices in Euros rather than the Turkish Lira.
