A Fantastic tour the tour guide was great all the activitie's were fantastic hotel's were great bag's dropped off at hotel room's each night

Really great trip. So worth the money. Saw heaps of places and did some great things. Tour guides were great. Only one problem we had 24 German pasengers, 2 Danish and us 2 little Ozzies. Made mixing very hard. But all went smoothly. Good accomodation and transportation. Would definately reccomend.

There were 3 adults in our party and we all would recommend highly if you have 6 days to spare in NY to take this tour as it is value plus all accomodation was wonderful and meal were exceptional .Our tour guide Danielo was also good as this was his first tour and he was like a professional granted the group we had was wonderful. the whole tour was filled with new adventures covering all aspects of the cities we visited, there was nothing overlooked. This experience left us so satisified that we used viator 3 more times during our 5 weeks stay in the USA and will definitely use them when visiting Europe if available. All 3 of us said this was the highlight of our time away Thanks Again Viator

Awesome trip! My wife and I (came from Iraq), we absolutely loved this tour! It was very well organised!
Our tour guide, Cie, was outstanding and knowledgeable person that made a real difference... She helped all (thanks Cie), besides that we met some very nice people on the trip (from UK, India, Austria, Australia, Poland, Germany).
Breakfast and dinner very rich, restaurants were a good choice every night. Hotels were all good quality. We never had such a relaxing tour and at the same time One of the most interesting tours we have ever taken!!
This tour gave us a great experience with coastal California, continental Utah, Nevada, and Arizona.
Well worth the money... look forward to using Viator again for more tours... We would highly recommend to everyone.

Awesome trip! Enjoyed everything. We had great weather (not that Mauiva could have done anything about that), busses and planes were all functioning properly, and our guide, Eric, was outstanding! Would recommend this trip to anyone.

Just a fantastic tour, we loved everything about it. So well planned, the hotels and restaurants were great, going by plane saved so much time and we had time to visit some amazing places. The Tour Guide was just excellent! I'm already planning to go on their West Coast Tour.

Well, our first tour ever as we usually plan our own trips and I'd have to say it was truly amazing! Our guide Janis was wonderful and the gang on the tour were all just about all fantastic to tour with. Lucky for us we made friends with the other 3 Australians on the trip and Rad, who was claiming to be one of us...he he. But we made some great friends, saw some truly wonderful sights, (Niagara our highlight), the hotels were first rate, the bus drivers were excellent, and apart from a few delays with our plane, the trip was the best thing we have done and would definitely recommend it to anyone under 65 (a fair bit of walking involved). Look, you could pick out faults if you wanted to take a good look at things, and we have given feedback that perhaps you need a bit longer break between day activities and dinner at night, but we would be complaining just for the sake of it if we had bad things to say, which we definitely don't. Tour Guide -A A+, Hotels - A+, Meals - A, Drivers - A+, Companions - AA+. Great value for money. Loved it, Loved it, Loved it!!!!!

Tour guide, Ruben was very professional and knowledgeable ,hotels of a very high standard attractions very good if a little tiring on some days.The venue to meet was changed and we had no way of being contacted as we were travelling through USA Hotel Hudson were of no assistance when we arrived at 5.30 am and but for another traveller who had stayed there the night before we would still be wating,Viatour did notify us but on our home computor and in any event at the time I contacted Mauiva to reconfirm prior to leaving Australia the contract with Hudson Hotel had been cancelled some 2 months prior and Maiviva should have informed us at that time as they would have been aware. It cost an extra $13 for another taxi and was very stressful at the time.Apart from this however a 5 star experience at a very good price

At the Hersheys Chocolate factory you should ask for people for the name they want on their cholcoate bar. We would have loved to be able to bring the Grand Kids back the chocolate bar rather than using the names from our passports that we never use.

Tour was great, nice hotel rooms, twin aircraft, tour guides, destinations. The tour is very rigorous and elderly or handicapped would have a hard time keeping up. This information should be noted on the tour information prior to booking, I do not recall readying this at all.
We were exhausted by the end of the trip, as were younger folks. More down-time needed, or earlier evenings and perhaps later morning start times.
DC sites could be improved. Did not really enjoy the long stops at the museums. Time wasted, we sat on the grass in the parks and rested instead of fighting crowds in museums.
WWII Memorial should be included, VERY nice.
Perhaps a boat ride on the Potomic could be included!

I absolutely loved this tour! It was well organised and for the most part a good deal of fun! I met some really nice people on the trip. The only thing I will advise if that you could end up being in a group where the English language will be a minority. My group were mainly German speaking and the tour guide continually spoke mainly German. I was fortunate in that the vast majority of the group spoke English and translated a lot of information for me. (We bonded because of it, so was not an issue for me) but others should be aware. Also missed out on the Grand Canyon due to weather issues but got extra time in Vegas - meaning that I could relax on the last day and do a bit of shopping instead of rushing around seeing all the Vegas sights. Hotels were all really good quality and the meals were good. Would definately do this again. Lastly I travelled alone since I was meeting up with friends in Laguna after the tour. Don't be discouraged about going it alone if you want to - group bonding will take place. (Alcatraz visit was exceptional due to staff member Teresa on the Island and wine tasting in Sonoma superb due to the lovely Linda at the winery!)
