Another Viator tour, highly recommended.
I took this tour on 11th November 2011, not expensive and unmissable.
The tour guide was very knowledgable , with the opportunity to visit the memorial garden, which at the time, tickets were unobtainable, I couldn't believe my luck when the emailed pinged just before my trip to New York.
Thank you for a wonderful opportunity
