Great experience. Well worth the money and liked the free shuttle from downtown Vancouver.
Our tour guide was great...................however, I was disappointed in the tour itself
I thought the suspension bridge would be out in the wilderness instead of a city park............too commercial............and too much time devoted to the salmon fishery
Grouse Mountain was nice but didn't care for the amusement park atmosphere
Overall, I felt that this tour was over-priced.
Awesome! This was one of our favorite things to do in Vancouver. Would do it again in a heart beat. The walkways are wonderfully maintained. The beauty, the sites, the staff, all top notch.
If you are looking for a great day, a little bit of a hike and beautiful scenery, this is the place to go.
Fantastic place, we'll worth a visit. Even tho it was raining very heavily while we were there we had a great time. The gardens are beautiful and the guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. It was great to have the free shuttle service from Canada Place as it was directly opposite our hotel.
Another great day.Calipano Bridge ,the tree top walks and the cliff walk are wonderful. Grouse mountain was fun especially as the sun shone all day. All in all it was a great way to spend the day oput of town.
This proved to be a really worthwhile day trip and one that covered a lot of different aspects of amazing scenery right on the doorstop of downtown Vancouver. There was never more than about 30 minutes spent on the tour bus with the majority of time spent visiting the Capilano salmon hatchery; suspension bridge, tree top walk and cliff walk; Grouse Mountain and finally the Cleveland Dam. In places we were almost rushing a bit but managed to cover a lot of ground. Highlights were the walk across the Capilano Suspension Bridge and seeing the two grizzly bears at the top of Grouse Mountain. There's a lot to do at each stop so plan well or plan to go back and do the bits you don't get time for.
Our guide - Graham - was excellent. A great mix of humour and interesting facts throughout and he took the time to speak to everyone on the bus during the day - a nice touch.
its worth the money..
It was a rainy day, but it did not dampen our spirits. The suspension bridge is really cool. Grouse Mountain is okay.
If your in Vancouver you must visit Capilano. Free shuttle and it's a great place to visit. You only need 3-4hrs and note that there is a lot of people. No place for Stroller here so carry you baby.
Rained all day but that didn't detract from the experience. Capilano Gorge was amazing. We walked all areas and though we got a little wet we still enjoyed the experience.
All went as promised.
I felt the tour was great and would love to do it again next year.
We really enjoyed this tour and the spectacular scenery. Our tour guide Steve was excellent and had great knowledge of the area. Due to peak season, it would have been good to have more time at Capilano, as we didn't get time to do the Cliff Walk. Worth doing!
Nice overview of the city of Vancouver. The guide was knowledgeable and personable. This is a good way to sample a little bit of everything and decide where you would like to return and spend more time. The suspension bridge was wonderful, but we didn't have enough time to cross the bridge and do the cliff walk. The lines were long and we had to miss that. I would have given the tour more stars if it weren't for that.
Did not think Grouse Mountain was worth the time and money. In all fairness, the weather did not cooperate and so fog hampered any views.
