This was one of the best tours we've ever had. What a beautiful city Vancouver is - and this tour gave us an overview that we could not have managed on our own. We also had an amazing guide, Stephan, and that added to our enjoyment. We are so happy with every Viator tour we have booked - in many different places - and will continue to use this service.
We thoroughy enjoyed the experience from Vancouver to Victoria. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. I have never experienced sitting on a bus on a boat. Its something we dont have in Western Australia. Very enjoyable.
Excellent tour. The guide was very informative and had a vast knowledge of the Vancouver area. Nothing was a trouble. Luggage was waiting for us when we arrived on the ship. Excellent value for money.

We had a hiccup with the pickup but once we phoned them we were taken by taxi to join the group. We didn't miss anything of a wonderful tour and as a bonus were given back half our fee. By the time we got to our cabin on the ship our luggage was already there!
Quite good but affected by rainy weather and a diversion that stopped us going to Gastown. The guide was good and informative.
