This was an excellent tour guide was great very informative saw all we expected well worth the visit the gardens are stunning. Well worth the time and money.
Although this tour was very long it was really worth undertaking. Our guide, Brent, was extremely friendly and helpful but we found his commentary "over the top". He gave us too much information and one tended to suffer from information overload. With another guide I may have been tempted to give this tour a five star rating but we did feel the laborious commentary detracted from what was otherwise a most enjoyable day.
Absolutely great. The seaplane experience was very good, with professional staff and an interesting low level flight to Victoria. The ferry ride back was a chance to relax, with the bus driver being particularly helpful

This was a superb day. even with inclement weather, and the need to drive to another spot to depart, the flights was great - the day at Victoria superb, and the return ferry a mystical delight - beautiful calm waters after the rugged morning starty! Trip to Victoria was very informative. Having only 3 passengers made it very personal.
Accommodation in Victoria was excellent.

Excellent trip. Butchart Gardens was worth seeing ( and we are not gardeners!). Our guide was with us the whole time . Our group got on well with each other ... the guide helped that happen. This trip is worth doing
Brent the guide was very informative and was obviously experienced. The only downside to the tour (apart from the rain) was the long wait to take the ferry
Seaplane portion of the trip was no problem nor was the ferry trip home. The bus after leaving the ferry was way too long, and not to be repeated. The only way to do this trip is to fly BOTH ways--it is not worth the hassle to take the ferry and the bus--Also, the bus should drop off the tour passengers at the seaplane dock which is where their cars would be--Don't drop them off in the middle of the city, and have them work out getting back to their cars--Do the seaplane round trip OR don't do this trip at all.

The highlight of this tour is most certainly the visit to the Butchart Gardens, their splendour is just something to behold. Really enjoyed my trip, worth doing if you have the time.

Be prepared for lots of idle time due to nature of trip eg waiting for ferries etc. Dependant on day you go some museums will not be open. All round much enjoyed . gardens were outstanding.
