The scenary was spectacular and the driver kept us entertained. It was good to get out of the old cities and see more of the country side
Simply one of the best tours we had. Our family was escorted in a tailor made trip by a fabulous guide and gentleman , Mr Roberto. The guy is an exquisite , caring and knowledgeable person who made our day special through this fantastic journey of breathtaking and jaw dropping views.Lakes, valleys,rivers,villages,fantastic people.Cortina and Pieve di Cadore are little gems at this time of the year.Be sure to have spare batteries and memory space for photo shootouts.And yes, the Dolomites: they are more for what you have paid for : OUT OF THIS WORLD, continuously changing , mystifying .....beautiful.

The small group day trip from Venice was outstanding!!! Our guide and driver was the best. If you are in Venice don't miss a chance to see one of the most beautiful mountain ranges n the world, you will not regret it.
I was expecting a lot from this trip after reading the reviews - but was left a little disappointed. The guide was not much of a guide and did not give us tips on where to locate the best view and gave us the wrong information about the cable cars being closed in Cortina. Which meant by the time we realised they were open we were about to leave. Additionally we spent too long at the lake which was quiet and only had one restaurant open. Not value for you for money in our opinion.
The trip wsa very enjoyable, the scenery was stunning and the guide Giovanni did an excellent job of guiding and driving. Overall a very good experience.

This trip was fantastic. If you only do one trip in Venice .... This is the one to do. Our driver , giovanni l was great. Good company, very knowledgeable without being a bore . Scenery amazing. Only complaint is that it passed too quickly !!!
Excellent day trip out of Venice for those who feel they need something different. Amazing scenery just a few hours out of Venice. For me, it was an easy, comfortable way to see part of the Dolomites and Cortina with interesting stops along the way.
Great Trip, value for money a total must. A full day that gets better and better, views galore.

What a fantastic day we had on this day trip. This turned out to be our favorite part of our Venice holiday. Our guide, Roberto was a charming gentleman with great knowledge on the areas we visited. The views and scenery are simply spectacular. We were also very fortunate to be joined by 4 other lovely people on the tour. The Mercedes people carrier was spacious and comfortable. Did I mention the views??? Straight from the pages of Tolkien.
If you are going to Venice, then you deserve to see the Dolomites. Treat yourself. You wont be disappointed.
Always wanted to see the Dolomites, they were everything we hoped for. Guide was great, gave us just enough information, gave us time on our own to enjoy different parts of the area, great driver, really enjoyed him.
the view is gorgeous but the tour is not really well organized.
Great trip with fantastic views all along, though somewhat obscurred by the dark tinting of the van windows. Van was also had a low roof which further obstructed view. Lunch stop was a great scenic spot at good local restuarant with reasonably priced good food. Had a long'toilet' stop at Cortina but had difficulty finding toilet - perhaps a common problem in Venice! Would have liked to spend more time walking around the base of the dolomites but guide not very keen. He was pleasent and obliging but not very knowledgeble. Overall a tour not to be missed.
