We really enjoyed this tour. We felt a little rushed at each island and would recommend extending the stay at each island. Murano and the glass demonstation were really fascinating. We loved Burano and bought several darling lace collars and dresses. If you stop to eat on the tour, I suggest Torcello, which had beautiful restaurants!

Doing what: Murano Glass and Burano Lace Tour from Venice

Great guide who made the afternoon very enjoyable. Time in murano too short. Barely got around display area before being rushed onto boat. Otherwise great day

For first timers it was good. It did last 4.5hrs and a lot was travel btwn islands. Would have been nice to have had more time on Burano to sit and enjoy a meal. But all 3 places beautiful... Oh watch out for the pressure salesman at Murano - that was a bit uncomfortable

Doing what: Murano, Burano and Torcello Half-Day Sightseeing Tour

This is a great way to see the wonderful islands. The Murano Glass Factory tour was very fascinating, along with the beautiful pieces of glassware on display in the factory store. Burano and Torcello were quaint islands that were both throwbacks of the Italy of yore. It was a great way to capture the flavor of old Venice.

Was not what we expected as thought would have a more personal guide - not just a translator on the boat. Was generally informative but not enough time

Really enjoyed Murano and Burano. Could skip the last island and have more time on Burano with it's many little shops and cafe's.
Tour guide hard heavy accent and spoke very fast in English and Italian that she was very hard to understand over the audio system.

The places of Murano and Burano are very interesting but the guide translating everything into 4 languages was annoying. I understood may be 50% of what she was saying because of noise and other factors. They should upgrade their sound quality. Otherwise, the tour was OK. I think that we could spend a little more time on Murano and Burano and skip Torcello. I did not understand why we went there at all.

Good trip, but not enough time on Murano and Burano, not much to see at Torcello so if we went again we would do our trip via the water buses.

The visited places where absolutely amazing but I wish there was more time available to us when to look around when we were allowed to view the place. Also, the tour guide tried her very best to make her description of the places very good...but her English was kind of hard to understand over the noise of the boat's engine and when she was speaking, her speech was very fast!
Overall, the boat ride experience was brilliant, and the price was very reasonable for a 4-5 hour boat ride! :D

Standard tour you can buy at the ticket booth for 20 Euros; in fact that's what the rest of the folks in our group did - all 150 of them. Tour itself was good and enough time on each island unless you want to extensively shop. Murano glass factory they take you to has a good glass blowing demonstration, but highest prices we saw anywhere for Murano glass. Shops 100 yards away more reasonable. Good tour, but unless you just like having all your tours in place beforehand, skip the middleman and purchase it yourself right where you get on the boat.

The places themselves were fine for visiting but the commentary was difficult to understand over the roar of the motor on the boat.

It was well worth seeing Burano. Very nice island and beautiful buildings.

Murano was just a quick stop to see the Glass Factory, more of sales pitch than a tour. There was no time to see the island as we only stopped in Murano for 40 mins. Most of which was taken up by the Glass Factory demo and mandatory stop at the Glass factory store.

There was not much to see on Torcello.

Nice to see islands and guide good however, would have preferred more time on mutant as herded into glass factory with little time to see this lovely island. Would go to islands on my own next time.
