Doing what: Murano, Burano and Torcello Half-Day Sightseeing Tour
Tour pushed a lot of shops and very little time to explore the Islands

Doing what: Murano, Burano and Torcello Half-Day Sightseeing Tour
Very tough to hear the commentary over the boat engine. I expected only English, but the tour guide also spoke two other languages - made it even harder to follow. Time spent on Murano wasn't enough to explore other shops - obviously geared toward sales from one factory only. I will recommend to friends to take Vaparetto on their own to explore these islands, instead of taking the tour.

Doing what: Murano, Burano and Torcello Half-Day Sightseeing Tour
Ok tour. Not much information about the places was provided and wasn't able to see a thing at the glass blowing demonstration because of the crowd of people. More of just an opportunity to buy souvenirs. I would recommend coming to these islands but it would be better to just do on your own.

Doing what: Murano, Burano and Torcello Half-Day Sightseeing Tour
Tthe trip was punctual, that's about all you can say. The guide was unintelligible and deafeningly loud, this made my elderly mother in law quite distressed. The glass tour was cursory .Time spent on the magnificent Torcello completely inadequate, nowhere near long enough and we returned earlier than scheduled. Very very sad.

Doing what: Murano, Burano and Torcello Half-Day Sightseeing Tour
This tour was not worth doing. The tour guide attempted to convey information in 4 different languages and was not really understandable. The tour also started 30 minutes after the time stated on the webpage and we were informed when we arrived at the meeting point. The tours of the glassworks and lace making merely came across as a way to lull tourists into the shops to purchase items.

Doing what: Murano, Burano and Torcello Half-Day Sightseeing Tour
I would say that the guide was in her own world and she was in hurry in explaining things. As of the tour itself it wasn't that satisfactory and I would have taken a separate boat if I wanted to visit these islands leisurely.

Doing what: Murano, Burano and Torcello Half-Day Sightseeing Tour
Tour guide was nice, but we all had a hard time understanding her because ocher heavy accent as she speed through the sites and other languages. We were not given time to walk around Murano. We were taken to a tourist trap presentation followed by their sales, then back to the boat. No time for pictures of beautiful Murano. At Burano, we were given the opportunity to skip the tourist trap presentation, and decided to go about the town and take pictures. We are glad we did. Torcello was ok, little time to walk around. Would not recommend this tour.

Doing what: Murano, Burano and Torcello Half-Day Sightseeing Tour
Interesting islands, very disappointing tour. The primary problem was we couldn't hear word the tour guide said; her voice was drowned out by the boat's engines. The only times we could hear her was when we came into port and the engines idled; then we heard what time we needed to meet back at the boat. So we learned nothing from the guide. Incredibly disappointing. Also, there was no personalization on the tour. We've been spoiled by Viator tours in the past (and on this trip) where there is more personalized contact between guide and tourists; and here, there was practically none. Felt entirely too formal. Also, the Murano glass-making factory felt a little creepy, a little too slick. It was less about a true demonstration and far more about getting us to buy. And when the salesmen took us upstairs in small groups, my wife and I felt used. Burano was a cute and interesting town, and we loved Torcello, especially Santa Maria Assunta. But all in all, this was not Viator's best tour, and I hope Viator doesn't offer so many tours that some of them suffer in quality.

It was really nice. Great guide who was very knowledgeable. I enjoyed all the islands we went to. I would recommend anyone to go and the price was very reasonable compared to others.

The tour was wonderful! Short, sweet and to the point. We learned a lot about the islands that we wouldn't have otherwise and our tour guide was wonderful.
