Doing what: Venice Walking Tour and Gondola Ride

Walking tour was interesting and I could clearly hear out tour guide with the ear piece provided. However, there was a good 20minute waiting delay for the gondolas as I believe it was overbooked. The gondola ride also only lasted 20minutes but it was very enjoyable.

Doing what: Venice Walking Tour and Gondola Ride

I am sorry to say that this was our least favorite tour while we were in Italy. When we got to the location, there were over 100 people there and things were disorganized. The was a group in French and 1 in Spanish, and 2 in English.
But our guide spoke poor English and it was hard to hear and understand, even with headphones. For the Gondola ride, all the groups got there at
the same time, so the wait was almost an hour.
A real disappointment of a tour.

Doing what: Venice Gondola Ride and Serenade

The Gondola ride in Venice was very romantic and breathtaking. We were lucky enough to have the accordian player and singer on our gondola. They were both excellent and just added to the wonderful experience of our Gondola ride. I would highly recommended this tour and Viator.

Doing what: Venice Gondola Ride and Serenade

Wasn't too great, when it mentions Serenade, should of mentioned it wasn't on your boat but with about 20 other boats - the Grand Canal part was only 5 mins then back. Wastn't the best trip I have booked.

Doing what: Venice Gondola Ride and Serenade

I loved the Gondola ride and we were lucky enough to be in the gondola that the serenaders were in. Everyone along the canals was stopping to listen to the music as we went by and smiling and waving at us.

First timers so we chosethis tour based on other reviews...SPOT ON! This was excellent, we skipped the lines, you will appreciate thatwhen you show up and there is a line extedning to the canal! It is in two parts one in the morning and one in the afternoon, so plan accordingly (we grabbed lunch) Both of our guides spoke fluent English, and very proud of thier Ventian Heritage and it showed in thier enthusiasm...I Highly recommned this tour!

the tour guide was extremely knowledgable and walked at a pace comfortable to everyone. The maze we were taken on was full of history.

I thought the tour guide was very knowledgeable and really tried to share a lot of information but it was still hard to hear her in our large group surrounded by many people wearing the headset.

Venice is beautiful. The Viator trips were enjoyable once I fathomed out meeting points. Given the size of the place and some unhelpful directions. I reflect that more accurate and precise directions on the vouchers would have lessened my stress level. Some clear signing of meeting points would also have helped.
